- present in the outskirts of delhi so little bit difficult to travel from one place to another
- relative grading is present. so your cgpa will always come around 7 or 7.5 if you perform decent
- transport facilities is too bad. take 1 hour to reach nearest metro station.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I want to explore the computer science field and because this course has a high placement ratio in this college. The faculty-student ratio is 12 ratio 1. All faculties are well qualified and they all are Ph.D. Scholars who graduated from a reputed college i.e. colleges in India and outside India.
Internships Opportunities
Flipkart comes for pool hiring and many other good companies came last year but this year due to the recession companies are not comping. One student from our batch who is a girl got an internship opportunity at Microsft.
Placement Experience
placement of the college is good. I was admitted admission in this college only after I saw the placement stats of NIT Delhi. The average package of nit Delhi is around 20 lapk per annum which is quite good and better the most of the nits.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is dependent on each semester. The cost to study is dependent on semester to semester. Many government scholarships are provided as well and private scholarships are also given to the selected students that basically clear the scholarship criteria. Scholarship amount ranges from 25 thousand to 1 lakh rupees and is provided each semester or each year until the person's graduation is completed.
Campus Life
campus life is not so good as the campus of NIT Delhi is located on the outskirts of Delhi. so it is very difficult to reach Delhi. as we have to go by bus to reach the nearest metro station. Classrooms are well furnished and AC is present in each classroom. sports are also good on our campus.
Hostel Facilities
hostel facility is good as we have girls hostel timings at night end at 9.30 whereas boys hostel timings is 9.45 which is very good. Both AC and nonac hostels are available in our college. mess food is below average.
Admission
Firstly, I have qualified for JEE Mains with a percentile of 93. With reservation, I have been Admitted to the National Institute of Technology, Delhi in the Computer Science and Engineering Department. I have also taken JEE Advanced Exam which is one of the toughest exams in the world but I was not able to qualify for it. After this with the help of JOSAA counseling, I got National Institute of Technology, Delhi in the Second round. I waited for the last round which is the 6 round but I didn't get any other college with my preference list.
