A nice college to join

Hmm..... Seeing the overall activities the college is a nice college to join. It offers many activities for the all round development of the student.

I had given KCET 2017 to get into this college. i had got about 120 marks in KCET and 92% in class 12th. So taking the marks altogether i had got 7828 rank in KCET. I had heard about this college in many posters and newsletter, i dad personally went their and check it about the status of the college.

Hmm, if we talk about the curriculum the curriculum is fine. The curriculum is made keeping the point of future of the students. Altogether it is good enough to keep a student intelligent. there are 5 Core subjects in Chemistry cycle and 5 Core subjects in physics cycle. But after this we have 3 labs and 2 Non core subjects in Both the cycles.

I m still a student of 1st year. so i don't know much about this topic. Probably if seeing the total administration and system, i think so that they provide.

Since the University had been opened in the year 2013, and the first batch had entered in the year 2014. So till now their is no pass out batch. But ya the placements are still going on. Till now, i had seen WIPRO, INFOSYS, KENT, HYUNDAI and many more big compannies coming to our college for recruitment.

This college had just 1 FEST in a year, that is AKAIRA. AKAIRA is not that much good as compared to other colleges like NMIT, BMSCE, PES, MSRIT, etc. There were lack of arrangements in the FEST. I had imagined something else than what i had seen. There was not even that much of participation, Only the DJ Night is bit interesting.

See talking about the fees, it depends on how you are entering in this college. Since I came through KCET so I have to just pay 56000/- + 23000/- I will tell you the fees structure FEE STRUCTURE KCET = 56000 + 23000 COMEDK = 1.7lak + 23000 MANAGEMENT = Donation + 1.7 lakh + 23000

Yes, the college offers a lot of scholarships for the students, but not any kind of loan. The scholarships include Defence, OBC, SC/ST, Minority, etc.

If talking about the gender ratios, it seems to be 1:1. The university had got a great positive environment everywhere. The college also conducts many sports activities like football, cricket, basketball, etc. The college also accounts for the conducting of many debates among students. Talking about the labs, the college is fully focused on practical knowledge, so overall labs are extremely good and interesting.

The college has a drawback in this facility. There is hostel only for B.tech Girls and M.tech boys and girls. There is no hostel for B.tech boys. But ya the college also accounts for this problem. The college holds a bond with two of the PG's nearby namely, V2 Hostel and Star 555 PG. The PG's are only for MSRUAS B.tech boys.

Since again i would say, i m just a student of 1st year. i don't know much about this. but ya i had seen many senior students in the college working for some project for the development.

Yes, the Exams, Labs, and Assignments leave us with a hectic schedule. There are 2 terms exams, 2 Assignments, 10-12 Labs, 1 Semester end exams and 1-semester end lab in a semester. Scoring in exams are bitten a tough task, but ya if we work better we can achieve it.

I got the admission through KCET. I had got 7828 rank, so after filling the Option entry i got this college. At the time of admission i m required o report to the college with all necessary documents. The college people will take our 10th and 12 th markscard for the further verification. At that point my admission is done after filling some forms and paying the fees for the 1st year.

Almost 80% of the faculties are extremely well qualified. Most of them are P.HD holders. Talking about the maths department specifically, that is very awesome. But there are many faculties in our college who are not expressive and have lack of explanation. it seems they don't have interest in teaching. They had got a good knowledge but they can't teach properly.
