Course Curriculum Overview
Faculties are all Ph.D. Some are very good some are bad just there for government jobs and all. The course is good and if you want to study there's a good environment. The library is open for only a limited time and there is just 1 library on the campus which is quite disappointing and is closed on weekends and also after 6 p.m.
Placement Experience
Placements are decent and just good for a Nit. The average is around 11lpa and branchwise Placement is also revealed. The good thing is that lower branches also get good Placement. Even if you are from mining you have a great opportunity.
Fees and Financial Aid
It's affordable 6 lakhs around fees without a hostel and it's near my house only 3kms away so quite good. But I still think it should be less given that it is a government college. Also, the money provided is quite pocketed.
Campus Life
The campus is only 100 acres. Two big gorunds one for cricket and one for football. The basketball court is also there and also for volleyball. we had to pluck grass (the students) to make kabbadi ground. Cricket tournaments are conducted frequently which is good.
Admission
The campus is quite old and just 100 acres. There is greenery around a lot of trees to enlighten the mood. There's a cricket ground which turns into a lake in the rainy season. Alumni Tower is big. Now coming to the main point the sports facilities aren't very good. Fests are super amazing. Cricket is prioritised here a lot of events happen. Girl security is very good and placement is decent. Should be in the top 12 NITs.
