Course Curriculum Overview
1. I love the concept of nutrition and how it affects our health and well being 2. There are a total of 6 faculty members and 23 students 3. All the professors have doctorate degree and they use interactive learning 4. Term exams are taken just before the final exams and it is not really difficult to pass
Internships Opportunities
1. Ministry of Micro-Small and Medium Enterprises, Child in Need Institute and Integrated Child Development Services, Amul factory, Coca-cola factory all have been provided by the chosen discipline(BSc. in Food and Nutrition). 2. Projects such as poster making, Presentation and seminars are conducted for improving work experience of students.
Fees and Financial Aid
1. The fees structure (24000 INR) is really good and affordable for students 2. Students can opt for SVMCM, Internships are also provided on second and third year for developing several skills. I went to Child In Need Institute.
Campus Life
1. There is no particular name of the fest but the fests are conducted just after the admission of new students(January - February) 2. All types of academic books are available in the library 3. The classroom offers smart class and projector based teaching. There is wifi in the college but the students are not allowed to use it. 4. There is a decent playground with goalpost and every types of sports can be played on this ground. The college provides all types of sports items as well. Inter-college sports tournament, annual spots day and other forms of events are also conducted. 5. National Scheme Services (NSS) camp is run by students.
Admission
1. To get admission in this college you have to secure atleast 60% mark (aggregate) in your Higher Secondary Exam. And eligibility for courses depends on which stream of study you have pursued in your 11th and 12th class. 2. Application form can be found in the official website of the particular college, application fees depends on the college and selected stream of study. Application dates starts just after the end of board examinations (May-July) 3. There are several reservation benefits which depends on the selected colleges and the discipline you are pursuing. 4. The waiting time of offline verification can be improved after online registration.
