Course Curriculum Overview
I am an electrical engineering student and I chose this course because I have an interest in electrical machines and am curious about their work, the faculty of students is good and they have graduated from IITs and nits. Teachers teach on blackboards and via projectors. our mid-sem exam comes in 2 months after the start of the semester and the end takes place after 5 months. Exams are easy to pass
Internships Opportunities
A lot of companies came at the start of the 3rd year, most of the companies came from the software field and students should make projects on developments and DSA is also known. some of the companies also come for core profile
Placement Experience
The average placement package is 17.43 lakh, most of the companies that come here are from software profiles but core sector companies also come. highest package given to an electrical student was 82 lacks given by atlassian , around 95 percent of elegible students were sucessfully placed last year . My plan is going for a job after completing my degree. students get internship opportunities at starting of 3rd year and are eligible for placements at the start of final year
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee is around 10 lakh including the hostel fee, tuition fee and mess fee. there are a lot of scholarship opportunities given to students like laptops being given free to economically weaker students and fee concessions etc
Campus Life
There are a lot of festivals happening such as Kulrav, tech fest called Avishkar etc. there are a lot of books available in the college library. classes are equipped with projectors and AC, blackboard etc. Students can play any games in which they are interested as there are many ground and sports events also taking place in our college. Anokhi Pehal is run by our college students they teach poor children
Hostel Facilities
4 students live in one room and rooms are equipped with fans , study tables and chairs and almirah. meals given in mess are modeate . Registration of hostel is done on the time of offline reporting and you have to pay mess fee at that time
Admission
Admissions are done through jee main exam conducted by NTA(NATION TESTING AGENCY) and after the exam, you have to sit in JOSAA counselling, for the year 2023 the cutoff for the electrical branch in the general category home state was 11946 rank. Students must be 12th pass and can find application forms of jee on NTA website, reservation is there
