Course Curriculum Overview
I chose B.Tech in CSE because the placement percentage in CSE is higher than in other branches. The faculty-student ratio was 8:100 which is quite good at oriental. The teachers and faculty members are well-educated and experienced. There were 2 midterms in one semester.
Placement Experience
From your 7th semester, you will be eligible for campus placements. There were several companies visited our campus such as TCS, Nagarro, HSBC, Cognizant, Capgemini, and many more. And 80% of students get placed in good companies with good packages.
Fees and Financial Aid
The annual fee is 120000. The Cost of Study at oriental is affordable as compared to other colleges, it also provides scholarships to SC, ST, and OBC which is enough to pay the fees of college and the placements offered you will get will be more than the amount you spend in your studies.
Campus Life
There were 2 fests once a year which was named Tech Fest where there were many events such as talent shows, open mic, modeling, roadies, dancing, and many more. Every event has there fee to pay also on the last day there will be a DJ night where they call different celebrities or singers to perform.
Admission
The admission process was very smooth I took the JEE Mains exam where my rank was not that good but still I managed to get CSE in oriental. After that, I took college counseling by which I offered CSE branch and at my time there were no reservations.
