Course Curriculum Overview
Since childhood, I was very interested in coding and nowadays computers play a major role in every sector so that's why I have taken CSE at NIT Delhi. The faculty-to-student ratio is around 1:10. Almost all used to teach in Hindi if you are from the south side then you need to learn Hindi in order to understand what they are saying. And the exams are a little bit tough but daily practice makes you get good marks.
Placement Experience
Taking about the placements this year one guy from Ece had gotten around 86 lpa and the placement percentage is increasing year by year and the Nirf ranking was good which is 51. The overall average package was around 19 lpa and the highest was 86 lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fee is 62500 per semester hostel is 18000 per semester and the mess fee is 21000 per semester which is equal to around 2.25 lakh per annum including (hostel tuition mess) For SC and ST there are so many scholarships available here and my friends who is from sc had gotten one scholarship.
Campus Life
Life at the campus was so nice because this college was established in 2010, so that's why the infrastructure was so good even though the campus size is small the infrastructure was awesome and recently our college has Built another campus. The library was so good and you could almost get all the books that you want regarding studies and you could get some books related to sports, business ideas, etc.
Hostel Facilities
The first-year students have to stay far from the college which is 6km from the college and they will provide a bus. The first-year hostels are good but they are old. But if you come to 2nd year, the hostels are awesome as they were built last year only and the mess food was average.
Admission
If you want to get admission to NIT Delhi then you need to write jee mains examination and you have to apply for josaa counseling and you need to maintain a minimum of 75 percent of marks in the 12th. The benefits of reservation are so many like the people from SC/ST. If they get 96 percentile they can get CSE in NIT Delhi but being a general you need to get 99.2 percentile which was difficult.
