Excellence college

College was excellent study wise. Life was peaceful in college, advise will be have strong alumani relation and little more cheerful campus life.

I scored 1890 rank in AIEEE, through that I have taken admission in ECE dept dual degree in IIIT Hyderabad, I went there seeing its placement record.

Course curriculum was good, several option was given to choose course from third year. Lots of project we did each semester. This give us good knowledge how to complete project. It helped in completing Masters research and later helped me in company work.

I did internship in NTU, Singapore. It was great opportunity to work in Nan-yang technology university, Singapore. There learnt a lot about practical things. The stipend was also good, it was 1. 5 lakh per month.

Placement in IIIT is 100%. I was lucky to got placed in first ECE company nvidia. The package was good. In 2011 it was 9 lpa.

There use to be several event :Facility was the biggest event held once a yr, which was cultural fest. But there was technical part also in the fest like e-quiz, robotics, coding competition. etc.

Fee structure was average. Roughly 50, 000 per semester, 40, 000 was tution fees. 10, 000 was hostel fees. So it was feasible for me, but it wasn't a problem as education loan was easily available since placement was 100%. So for all the student fees wasn't a issue

Yes andhra bank use to give loan at 9%. I haven't taken then loan but many of my friend have taken loan, the repayment starts after 6 month of job they did. So it was very much convenient for them.

Campus life was average- most of the time we spend studying, watching movies or coding. Few person with intrest in games they played. Robotics was very much active in campus life. We use to take part in robotics

Hostel fees was 7k per semester and mess fees was 2k per month. There were 4 option given for mess. Each have different types of food. Some mess yuktahaar was for health conscious people. One mess was north indian food, and another was south indian food.

Unfortunately I didn't have much interaction with seniors, but rarely there was ragging. now we have alumni network which works in supporting 5 student every year. We have meeting sometimes like once in a yr, but it will be great if there are more alumani meet

Each semester there use to be 3 exam : 2 mid sem and 1 end sem. For few course teacher dont take end sem, instead give project. Roughly 20% of marks was given to assignment.

The faculty of college were excellent, most of them are PhD faculty with major emphasis on research. Their way of teaching is also different, mostly they tell student to learn themselves in the form of project, assignment. The teaching is not theory orien
