Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course to get the job I didn't want to be unemployed even after graduating. In my class, there is a capacity of 80 students so the faculty-student ratio is 1:80. All the faculties are well-educated up to the master's level, and some of them did Ph.D. They are very helpful and solve doubts and they are teaching very well. Our classes started on 4 October and our mid-term exams are now from 21 November. It will be the first time for me to take the exam.
Internships Opportunities
I don't know the exact information because I'm in 1st year. But many seniors say that internships build your profile and one should do it. there are companies like TCS, Wipro, and Accenture, but many students do it off-campus and grab this opportunity they make their profile in 2 and 3 years and smack the placement in the 4th year.
Placement Experience
you get eligible for campus placement after the 6th semester and the placement drive is doing very well. many companies visited as Amazon, Microsoft, Walmart, Accenture, etc. The highest package was 1.13 crore but it was off campus. The package is 8.5 lakhs. almost 95% are getting placed. I'm going for a master's after my degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our total fees for 1st year is Rs.141756 which really a big amount to pay. But there are many options there to get financial assistance firstly you can get a Fee waiver Seat according to your CRL rank. There are UP Govt scholarships, Reliance scholarships, ONGC scholarships, etc and college management helps in the process and also notifies when scholarships are active. The average package people are getting in campus placement is 8.5 Lakhs.
Campus Life
There are many fest conducted till now like Kite flying, Diwali fest, etc., and many more to come in the future. They provide books for a whole semester and there are many helpful books you can get issued in the library. There are all types of sports and our college is doing very well also they went to IIT Kanpur this year to play. Classrooms are well equipped with smartboard, mic, etc. but there are no airconditioned classes. There are clubs like Footprints, CSI Club, Nukkad Club, Jonathan clubs, etc. you can join.
Admission
So the admission was done through UPTAC admission. You have to fill out the form and the registration charges were 1000 rs. Also If belong to Uttarpradesh you get a reservation in your home state. If your income is below 8 lakhs you can avail Fees waiver option according to your CRL rank of jee mains. Other reservations like EWS, OBC, and Sc/St were there you can avail if you have proof. When you get the seat you need to pay a partial fee of 20000/12000 to move in further rounds of 12000 for sc/st. The only improvement I will give is that they don't return partial fees wether all other admission portals like JAC Delhi, and GGSIPU return back your partial fees.
