Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because i wnated to do engineering and from jee main percentile, i was getting civil engineering but i want cse . The good thing is here the faculty members are talented and dedicated towards student . Here the professors are very well in teaching. They will teach you and explain thing as many times as you want. There are 2 exams in one semester. One is mid sem and second is end sem. The difficulty level of the paper is medium.
Internships Opportunities
in nit college jamshedpur many tech companies and non tech companies came here to give internship as tata consultancy ,vipro ,oracele,flipkart ,amazon,tata steel, adobe etc . Many students get placed as per their project based .
Placement Experience
Placement of our college are very good it is almost 95%students get placed as per previous years data in which cse and ece and mme have 100% placements in year 2022.many tech companies offer internships for students .in this 2023 year 6 students get pacakage of 83 lakh by tech company from australia
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure of the college is very good. Here mess fee structure and hostel fee structure are comparatively lower than othen NITs. Institute fees is also cheap. Refundable fees amount are also good. There are many scholarship available here provided by college. Ex - FFE , BPCL, Madhavi ,HDFC. Job opportunity is also good.
Campus Life
Here the campus life is very well. The annual fest is culfest for enjoyment of student. There are many active clubs present in the campus like ojass, nexus, vedhan,etc.and clubs are like literature and debating society, civil engineering society and the sports fest name is urja which is one of biggest fest of the college. Here NIT jsr library is one of the biggest library in terms of books .there are 3000+ differwnt books available. You can find this college as nitjsr.com on google.
Hostel Facilities
Infrasturcture of this college and hostels is very good. Here all the facilities are available for students as their needs like canteen in the hostel , well toilets and bathrooms with gyser, accomodation of two student in first year after that single room will be allotted. Hostels mess food quality is very good but slighlty tasteless sometimes and you will get different variety of recipes . Here the registration process is very simple and easy.
Admission
The admission process was quite good I appreciate it and the verification process for form filling was somehow simple. Joint Entrance Examination which have crietria to fill the form as general and obc students must have more than 75 %marks in twelfth class and must be a pcm background. And st and sc student have this year criteria of 60%to fill jee form.
