Veltech and it's golden world

I chose this course in Computer Science and engineering because I love to learn about computers and programming. That's why I gave the first preference for the course. The faculty-student ratio is well managed, it's approximately 1:20 student ratio, so, that the faculties can manage the students and observe them keenly. The qualification of the faculty varies from teacher to teacher, in our university we have - assistant professors, associate professors, and professors. The term exams were taken as per the academic schedule given to us one month before the tests and exams.

From 6th Semester onward the student becomes eligible to appear in the campus drives and recruitment exams. The highest and lowest packages as per the company are: AMAZON is 26 LPA, TCS is 3.6 LPA. The no. of students placed in the year 2022 is 1102 in the total count, so there is a 75% chance of students getting selected for placements. My plan is to do a Master in Technology after this degree.

The fee hike policy is justified in our college because they increased the fee only after the coronavirus period and that too not a very hiked price, so the fee hike is justified. The cost to study B.Tech (CSE) is 63,000 rs with 50% of scholarship which makes it 1,26000 rs per year to study. The scholarship I attained was due to the good ranking in the VTUEEE entrance exam, I scored 5th position in state rank so I was able to obtain a 50% scholarship in our college. The name of the scholarship is the VTUEEE scholarship scheme. No, I opted for the unwillingness for placement due to higher studies reasons.

There are various fests conducted on campus. They are LAVAZZA and PRATIBHA etc. Usually, they are conducted at the time before the Durga puja holidays. Also in our college library, there is a vast variety of books available, and a digital library also available for accessing the previously published project contents for reference. The amenities provided in the classrooms are - Projectors, Benches, desks, tube lights, fans, etc. The sports students can take part in various teams representing the college in sports - Kabaddi, Cricket, Football, etc. There is a separate selection for the NCC cadets on campus. Extracurricular activities are frequently conducted by the college to engage students and refresh their minds. The social groups are - Veltech Music Club, Instagram handle - Veletech University, Veltech Alumni, etc.

The hostel rooms are nice and decent in terms of economic affordability. The rooms are available for - Single, 2 sharing, 3 sharing, and 4 sharing. The facilities are - attached bathrooms with western restroom style, in-room - lights, fans, night bulbs, cloth hanger mirrors, cupboards, cots, mattresses, foot mats, desks, chairs, etc. The meals quality is very good we can get 4 times non-veg in a week depending on the schedule and working days of the college. The registration process for the hostel is super easy and affordable, we can book through the hostel management system or physically at the hostel warden's office. In New Colony and NSC Bose Road I rented my house after leaving the Hostel.

The eligibility for the course is based on valid scoring of the VTUEEE exam or else JEE MAINS or ADVANCE. This will help the student to avail of the scholarship acclamation in the tuition fee. When you start to apply for the admission entrance exam, the fee for the application is based on the caste Category (SC/ST/OBC) and well-informed dates for the application and hall tickets.
