Course Curriculum Overview
I don't think there is any need to tell why I chose computer science as we all know the craze for this course. And talking about the faculties, most of them have done PhD in their subjects and the faculties in IGDTUW everybody knows are very supportive and dedicated to their work. Exams are like you will have to start preparing for it one week before if it's mid-sem and two weeks before if it's end-sem. Exams are conducted in a very timely manner
Internships Opportunities
You start getting internships from 3rd year in the BTech CSE branch. Internship opportunities are amazing in our college's placements and internships are something for which our college is known
Placement Experience
From 6th semester students become eligible for placements Our college has been regarded as the best college for placement opportunities. Companies like Microsoft Google flipkart Amazon Adobe visit here the highest package offered is 1.2 Cr and the average package is 32 lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are very nominal I think Like 125000 per year is nice. And ya there is a little hike in fees in consecutive years of approx 5-10 thousand. there are many scholarships available for different categories and situations. Job opportunities are very good. Our college has been mentioned under best placement opportunities by I forgot but very prestigious body.
Campus Life
The annual fest of IGDTUW is Tarangana and Jhilmil and the tech fest of IGDTUW is Innerve and all these three are well-known popular fests among all the universities. There are many clubs in IGDTUW dedicated to dancing singing poetry drawing etc
Admission
The admission to IGDTUW college is based on our score in the Joint Entrance Examination i.e. JEE and admission is through JAC Counselling. Eligibility is just the same as the eligibility of JEE mains. Application forms, fees and application dates all are found through JAC Counselling only and the admission process is very very easy and simple. When we are allotted a seat in college we have to go one day for document verification.
