Course Curriculum Overview
I was interested in computers and this course was only for 3 years so I chose this course. The faculties are very nice understanding and helpful, and the student and faculty ratio is proper there is one faculty for every 20 students. All the faculties have their higher degrees and most of them have phds. The exams are timed properly between 3 to 4 months, and the exams are moderate for studious students.
Internships Opportunities
The internships are mostly from big companies like TCS, amazon, google, Wipro etcetera. The projects are very interesting and innovative and very useful for our carrier and studies. We also had opportunities to learn new things there.
Placement Experience
From 5th semester students get eligible for campus placements The companies that visit are tcs, Amazon, McAfee, Wipro and many more. Minimum 3 offers are made. The highest package was 32lpa. 92 per cent of students get placed every year I plan to join tcs
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is similar to other colleges and it is around 52k per semester which is convenient for people from every class. This university also provides scholarships to students who get 80 per cent or above marks. They also provide great placements.
Campus Life
Life on the campus is very interesting and enjoyable. Sister Nivedita University's Foundation Week & Bhasa Dibas celebration will take place from the 21st to 25th of February along with the commencement of SNU Annual Fest (named AmeSNU), which will include activities like Tech Fest, Lit Fest, Arts & Crafts Fest, Cultural Fest, Business Fest & Food Fest Aahar. There are many clubs of different curriculum activities and students get to participate in them and learn new skills.
Admission
I had to take a small online entrance exam. And the cut-off was 65%. It was easy to join, and the process was very convenient for students. I found the application at SNU's official website, and my opinion is no improvement is needed.
