Likes

College has a very peaceful environment away from the city
All necessary facilities for students are provided.
College's infrastructure is very good and they keep upgrading it.

Dislikes

Most of the faculty members are old and antisocial.
Students of different branches interacts very less.
Seniors do not guide juniors. Senior and junior interactions are prohibited

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose ECE because I wanted to secure a job in the communication department. There is a good ratio between faculty and students. Most of the faculty members completed their post-graduation in prestigious universities. Each semester will have two mid-exams and they are easy to write. Each semester's duration will be five to six months.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 69400 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Mine is a management seat. The fee for the ECE branch is 1,00,000 per annum. Scholarships are provided for students with good marks in intermediate and school. Jagan anna Vidya Deevana is provided for students who joined through eapcet.

Campus Life

Czars are conducted every year at the start of the year. Technical fests are conducted by the branches individually. Recently a tech fest happened called technophilia. We have a good library with a study hall and the availability of reference textbooks. College sports teams have reputated achievements in sports competitions like volleyball, basketball, and cricket.

Admission

I have joined RVR & JC College of Engineering via spot admission. I saw the fee structure in a newspaper announcement. I went into the admission office with my certificates and opted for the ECE branch in an application form.

1. From third year second semester students become eligible for college placements. 2. Companies visited are Cisco, Infosys and Accenture they are combined gave around 121 offers. 3. The highest package is 36 lpa and the average package is 7 lpa and lowest package is 3-5 lpa. 4. The percentage of students got placed are 80%. 5. My plans after getting college degree is to get a high paying job in a reputable company.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chose mechanical (robotics). As they euipped with new equipment's of robotics I have inspired a lot and chose to go with this course. This course helps to understand the mechanical engineering an also robotics. It helps us to understand about the mechanism in hardware. It helps to understand about robot infrastructure and about drones. For this course if there is more depth in robotics subjects than it can better. The frequency and timing is good as they maintain a certain period of time gap between the exams and the difficulty level is also good. If studied for a week we can understand up to some level and have a chance to pass the exams.

College with pleasant sorroundings and good placements during 2020

The other colleges i applied are vignan University and githam University, although they are very good Universitys but their college fees are little higher than RVR and the hostel fee is also soo higher, so i choosed rvr over them and i didn't get rejected from those both colleges The admission process is you can join in 2 ways like you can write APEMCET exam and can join through counseling and other way is management quota ,for this you can visit the college and can get the seat...Read More
