Journey at LNCT: A Honest Review

My choice regarding the selection of my course is the increasing demand for skillfully engineers in the developing countries. The faculty student ratio is 1:20 which is under the guidance of RGPV . There are well qualified faculties with good teaching ability as well as technical skills . I like the curriculum offered by the RGPV which is diverse as well as focused on overall development of a student. College organises 2 exams known as mid sems which are conducted at an interval of 1 month and the final semister exams after 5-6 months as per RGPV guidelines Mid term exams are moderately difficult but the end sem exams are tougher the mid semester.

Internship ships are offered after the completion of 4th semester by Cisco ,Accenture, Persistent and many more with a stipend from 20 to 30 thousands per month. College helps to its best for providing the internship opportunities to their students.

The college provides internship to students after 5th semister and placement after 6 semester . Companies such as Cisco TCS Delloit, HCL ,HP , Tech Mahindra and many more. The the average package offered by the college is 4 lakhs and the highest package which was offered was 1.12 Cr . Percentage of students getting placed various from 50-70% each year. My plan after getting the degree is to secure a placement at a top MNC with a suitable pay as per my skills.

At LNCT the Fee is as per RGPV guidelines but it has better return on investment here . The college campus is good and is well maintained and is technically equipped. There are different scholarships provided to students of different state . Bihar and jharkhand students are provided with scholarship given to them by their state government. The college follows all the state and central government scholarship.

There are different fests and even organised at the campus. The garba nights are also organised for the students. Tech fests and sports events are also organised at regular intervals for the benefit of students. Libraries are well equipped with the latest books and has manpower to cater all the students. Classroom are spacious and are well equipped with technical equipment such as projectors and white board with sound systems . Proper sitting arrangement and clean classrooms . There are various sports activities like volleyball basketball Kabaddi chess and all other games commonly known. College supports the sports activities but are only available to 2nd semister onwards. 1st semister students are not allowed to participate in sports activities. There are many clubs at play here at LNCT like NCC, Nature , culture, entrepreneur club and other 18 clubs which can be joined by students after 1st semester as per their interests .

At our hostel room there are all the basic amenities including AC in each room ,watercolor at each floor, wending machine, 24 hours of hostel security and strict staff. 4 time meal with a sabzi and a dal everyday With tea and other snacks which is proper considering the nutrition required by the body. Hostel registration will be during the admission process as well . The hostel are affordable and we'll maintained.

I cleared my 12th class and then prepared for JEE exam. The JEE exam provides admission to various engineering colleges all over India. Got 80 percentile in JEE Exam and applied for mpdte councelling . There are 2 rounds followed by their upgrade rounds as well. Based on the cutoff I got DAta Science at LNCTS in my first round and was upgraded to CSEITCS i.e. Computer science engineering with Internet of things and Cyber security at LNCT main campus in the following upgrade . Went to college with my allotment letter and after 2 hr of admission process and a after experience a hectic day I was given the registration receipt . Then after a month I was informed about the induction programme and the first day of college. Only improvement I see is that the admission process should be less time consuming .
