My college life at Jain University

I choose iot because it is very fascinating for me and I had interest on iot since my 12th standard the student faculty ratio in my class is one is to 62 that means one faculty teachers 60 to students at times the faculties are irresponsive they don't tell us the information on time rest everything is fine since I am in 2nd year iot I have semester wise system where I have to give exams in every 6 months

Internship will be usually offered in second or third year depending on the department in which urine in my department it is basically on 2nd year Usually startups of a internship for the college students here and we also do PCL which is project centric learning we started in the first year and take it till the 4th year we also will be projects on the same

They offer placements the highest package is 40 lpa in my department students will get internship in their second or third year depending on the skills and in final year there are many companies which come to the college like Wipro Infosys essential Cisco and many more and we get placed few of the students do not like to get placed and they would like to go for the studies then the college also provides opportunities to explore other University with their reference letter

The fee for iot is quite affordable I have to pay 275000 as a whole and I am not getting any scholarship here neither from jain nor from state or not any national scholarship they told that they will provide internship in 3rd year and then there are guaranteed placements in 4th year there is no students stipend and nothing like that

Speaking about my college building it is very spacious. But they don't maintain it properly like tables and chairs are not good we expect some premium quality and the board is also not up to the mark speaking about fest celebrating the college conducts pets in timely basis like one fest in every 2 3 months the amendment is classrooms are not up to the mark a sports and extra curricular activities or also there on the campus but not it is not supervised properly there are so many clubs which take which take care of cultural events

I stay in hostel which is three sharing and the fee is 125000 they provide us with hot water morning and evening and the room is not that spacious as we expect the cupboards are okay and the hostel is located very close to the college it is an advantage to live in the hostel since it is very close to the college there are no tables and chairs in the hostel

I got the application form in the college website and applied through it then they told me to write JET exam which is Jain entrance test I qualified exam with good marks and then I had interview that's how I got seat in Jain University now currently and studying iot 2nd year
