College Life at SVECW

The course curriculum was designed by the top and experienced faculty in and out the college and the curriculum includes the industrial oriented subjects which were suggested by the top MNC companies. The structure contains 8 semesters and in each semester we have the 6 subjects and 3 laboratories. The curriculum also includes the summer internships and projects. The curriculum changes for every 2 years based on the current trends. The teaching was nice and there is lot more interesting and interactive extra curricular activities.

NXP INTUIT INFINEON ADP DANFOSS These are some of the internships which are provided in college for computer science domain where for all these companies are offering the internship in the 6 semester ending itself and also the stipend would be from 25k to 40k

After the 6th semester the students are completely eligible for placements without any backlogs. There are many companies visiting our campus but currently the recruitment was less because of the recession but it will be resolved by the next year. And the highest package was 40 LPA and the Average was 4.5 LPA

The course fees for each year would cost around 70k and if we avail the hostel then we need to pay around 82k to 1 lakh only for hostel. The cost differs based on the type of hostel we choose. The college is eligible for the govt schemes like Vidya deevena for the people who avail based on their financial matters. And also some central govt based scholarships are being availed by the students of minority groups. If we get an opportunity to do internship through on campus we can physically go to the location and work and stipend currently provided by the companies in the college internships was around 25k to 40k.

College is equipped with annual fests, technical events, and there are many clubs in the college which are guided and supported by the faculty members and students can avail large no of opportunities and turn their career into the fruitful life. The college library contains thousands of books, digital library to go and Excel in internet for acquiring knowledge and the library will be open 24*7 College is equipped with lot of ementies which makes a student comfortable to study safe and healthy.

The hostels consists of two types which are AC or Non-AC based on the requirements we choose.Rooms are good with a people of 3 or 4 and study tables are provided. Wifi connection is provided for laptops. I say the meal quality would be average.

I joined in the college through the Board Eamcet to enter into the engineering stream. Based on Eamcet exam they give us the allotment order and the process of joining will be through counselling. Based on the rank and the category they allot us the options which we kept in the counselling form.
