Life at SVECW

As today's technology is around software, I wantedly chose this course i.e. Information Technology.The placements are quite good at this campus as well. The faculty is just extraordinary on my campus. They teach very well. Almost every faculty has did their Phds. They are very student-friendly, you will never get disappoint with their teachings, they are highly patienced until your doubts get cleared. There will be less stress in classes and works as well. The faculty usually teach with guidance of best of best library books knowledge. They use presentations slides as well for student's better understanding. For semester exam, there will be 2 mids, one sem. Around 6-8 months, the sem gets over.

College does provide some virtual internships for free. We have done on aws services. It's around for 10 weeks. Rather than that, through off-campus internships, if you get passed a written test and interview, you're eligible to go for an internship at the company.

The placements are quite good, here most of the students joined this college based on placement history. Even if it's recision now, the college has tried its best to bring companies to campus. The average lpa is around 4.5L to 5L The highest packed is 43Lpa. The companies like Infosys, tcs etc visit our campus

If you get a seat here through govt, the govt will pay the fee of CLG to your's mother account. Like for us 70k is a college fee, and through JVD, we get 17.5k funds from govt to our mother's account to pay the college fee. Per year they pay the total fee into 4 parts. If you do not get a seat here, there will be management quota, NRI quota, and other paid seats as well which costs around 2L or more per year. The college doesn't give any scholarships but through various opportunities from outside, you can get them.

There will be a freshers party every year. There are a lot of clubs in our college, so every year the coordinators do celebrate farewell parties with their passing-out seniors. The library is just huge. You can avail any book that you want. There will be an ID for you which has all your details and maintains your log. There will be a minimum fine if you do not return books by the due date. The classrooms have AC in some blocks. They are very tidy with time. Every class has sufficient benches, fans, a podium, white board, a projector..etc. There are around 40 clubs in my campus which help in growth of one's personality, skills, communication and network

Hostels are quite good, the food is also not bad, but you can have more security here. Outside hostels are available but compared to that, college hostel has more benifits. The wardens are very strict. The menu changes day to day. Weekly there will be chicken for twice. You will have some special receipes onspecial days or festivals. The cleaners,maintainers are so friendly to girls. Like here in my campus there are around 20 hostels. You can choose hostel based on your reuiqrements like AC, attached washrooms, count of roommates, ..etc. The varies based on facilties provided like from 75k to 1.5L

After studying intermediate, you need to write the EAMCET exam which is also called EAPCET now. It's a multiple choice question having 160, the subjects like maths, physics, and chemistry will be there. Once you pass that exam and qualify, you will be eligible to apply for engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh. There will be a cutoff rank corresponding to each college based on your caste. I got this Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women college in my 2nd phase of counselling for 8.9k rank for the OBC category.
