Hostel facility is awesome I really liked it.
Lush green campus and Cleam healthy environment.
Faculties are very much helpful in nature.

Dislikes

Summer and winter are very much discomfort.
Animals are all around the campus especially dogs.

I am pursuing a B.tech in computer science and engineering branch. There are a total of 8 semesters and the faculty members are very friendly and very helpful in nature they are very experienced and supportive.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 701000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees are 45k per semester and hostel fees are 40k as in 2020 if we have a 12th percentage of more than 85% then we will become eligible for availing scholarship opportunities. The average package is 3-5lpa.

Campus Life

It's a lush green campus with trees all around. There are 5 canteens here both veg and nonveg. Clubbing is not allowed here. Outing is given to girls for 3hrs per day and weekly outings are given on Saturday and Sunday from 10-6 pm.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are very much appreciated as electricity is provided 24*7 and cleanliness is maintained on a daily basis. The library is also provided to in the girls' hostel and guards are available 24*7 and they are very helpful.

Hostel Fee: INR 340000 per year

Admission

I was given an entrance examination named IEMJEE that took place in Kolkata there was MCQ and I passed the test and a scholarship was also offered to me according to my marks. Cut-off was known as such.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

I have not applied to any other colleges. UEM is the first college where i had applied for the first and last time. I chose this college as it is the closest from my home where i did not have to live in hostel. Secondly it has decent placements. Lastly i saw many positive reviews about the college that it is one of the best private colleges in the eastern region of india.
