ECO STUDIES

Its in a remote area. Perfect place for studies. It got opened recently. so there is a start up problem like not a big campus etc. but currently in campus there is a engineering architecture and diploma college.

I did not took any entrance.

The course follows vtu syllabus.

Civil students get the internship always because the chairman is in construction field also . About other departments i dont know.

From each department 2-3 will be placed. Companies like infosys ,wipro ,etisalat,etc.. have visited. the packages will be arrround 300000 per annum. They also take you to other places like college or company where there is job oppurtunities. not all will be placed.

There are various association in each department. These associations keeps programs frequently they will call guest lectures to talk on a particular topic and there wil be competitions held in each perticular departments. There will be workshops for which even outsiders will come to attend.

There is MOMA scholarship by govt. to high ranked students.

Campus is good. Very neat campus. Its actually a green campus. The buildings are green buildings. The materials used are eco friendly. There are two seminar halls for workshops and seminasrs. Neat canteen and mess. Students from kerala karnataka, from abroad also.

Hostel is very near to college. In the campus itself. its affordable .The mess food is awesome and cheap too. They provide no-veg on a regular basis. In hostel a room will be shared by two.

Seniors are nice. but there is a small ragging problem like all colleges have but no serious problem.all are nice. there is freshers party for senior-junior meet. faculties involve juniors as well as seniors for any programme so there is no much gap between seniors and juniors.

It was chilled out because in a semester you need to write only two interna exam if you have average marks .Final exams are once in 6 month. So its easy to prepare for the final exam. there will be few days gap between every exam so it is easy to score ev
