Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen this course due to its greater scope. Here the student-to-faculty ratio is good. There are enough faculty for each subject. Faculties are generally qualified from the top institutes like IITs, NITs, etc. The teaching method is good.

Class Size: 84Course Fees: INR 135000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement of college are higher in side of computer science and information technology branch above a 15 LPA average and quite good in the rest of the branches of a 10 lpa average bur for placement companies required lot of abilities in field of coding.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee is 135000. The fees for college hikes generally in two to three years nearly 10 percent. There are tuition fee waiver seats in each branch. There are ews scholarships provided by the college for some students and there are also some private scholarships.

Campus Life

There are some festivals organized by our college as annual and technical which are cooperated by all college students and invite an upcoming star in the field of singing or comedy some also participate for their performances. The library is huge with a good number of books.

Admission

The eligibility of the course is that you have taken the JEE Mains exam. The application form is provided on the Hbtu website. There are different reservation benefits such as OBC, SC, ST, and Girls Quota. I want to see the changes in the infrastructure of the college.

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. There are many company like TCS, L&T, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, IBM and many more visited our college. If you have CGPA greater than 7 then you are eligible for maximum placement drive. I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

All About the HBTU throught the lens of a first year student.

The other colleges which i applied to were IET Lucknow , IIIT Una , IIIT Dharwad and other lower IIITs . I choose over those since this colleges reputation and placements spoke for itself they had a very good track record regarding this course and many famous companies have been coming here repeatedly. The admission in this college is through HBTU e-counselling site which is a standalone website managed by HBTU itself . It has a registration fees of 2500 rupees is non refundable . There you fill your choice of courses . The branch is alloted according to your JEE MAINS rank and your preference list . After the seat allotment letter you have to visit college and there you will have to submit your documents then you will be given a provisional admission letter and you are given a choice to upgrade your branch to the courses you have selected in your preference list. The admission in this college for UG is given through only JEE MAINS for engineering and all other branches leaving Biotechonlogy and Biochemical where you can get admission through CUET....Read More

I only applied on josaa counselling and then in HBTU. My rank was not good enough to get a confirm seat in any core branch . Then I opted for HBTU counselling which was providing better seat in that rank if compared .Then onwards I didn't apply in any of the college. To get admission in HBTU Kanpur, you can register in the college counselling and fill the desired seats.
