Infrastructure is quite good enough , good building proper amenities , cauz its a private college.
Fests organized are really amazing as compared to other colleges in Bhopal.
Teachers or professors try their best to focus on weak students.

Dislikes

Fees is a little bit high for a college in bhopal.
They charge bus fees of Rs 8500 even if u didn't opt for it but u have attendance less than 75%.
75% attendance is mandatory for you to give mid sem exams.

I was interested and excited about AI because of its hype. faculty to student ratio is dent , but there are total of 240 students in my batch, but 80 students in my class. They must be highly qualified. Exams are timely. they follow RGPV or UIT rgpv.

7th-semester students are eligible. TCS, WIPRO, COGNIZANT, HCL, and ACCENTURE, are the companies we students always listen to from our seniors. The highest package is in crores but it was off campus highest must be around 18LPA. The average package is 4.5LPA because the strength of students is too much I'll be trying to prepare for UPSC after this degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are quite high for this college and the administration always tries to seek money as fines for different things. No scholarship is provided in this college, they even charge 8500 bus fees whether you're using or not using the bus service.

Campus Life

Atharva is the annual fest of our college around May. Lots of books and facilities are available in our college as it is a private college. Fans and lights are properly working, amenities are quite good. Lots of sports and extracurricular activities are conducted but less participation due to exams.

Admission

Eligibility:- 50% in pcm in class 12th. Only the JEE Form is needed, no other form for college. General category so didn't availed any benefit. NO , admission process was smooth , it's the only thing that was smooth.

after the completion of third year students become eligible for campus placements companies which visit are infosys cisco tata amazon and many more highest package for 2024 was 52 lpa and the average package is 11 LPA 60-70% students gget placed after my degree i plan to get a solid 9-5 job earning a decent living of my life and serving my parents

One becomes eligible for college placements if he/she in their third or fourth year. The number of companies visits are great like Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , Atlassian etc. These are the good companies which offers great placements. The percentage of students placed are about 85%. My plans after getting a degree is I'll move in tech based companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jiwaji is Government university which have a long heritage. But is now coming to the short end of the rope. Institute of Engineering Jiwaji is fairly newly established around 20 to 30 years or so. The faculty is not that great and is not that experienced and have less facilities. Faculty of IEJU is mostly on temporary payroll with some of the permanent faculty. You have entire leasure of time to yourself. So, thing other than couese can be pursued. Hostel facilities are good. If we come to exams Other than Pharmacy and Engineering all other course have tomoy scheduled exams with strict checking and scoring.

Remarks:

My college comes under Institute of National importance,it has amazing placement,the students in this college are very intelligent as everyone joins after qualifying one of the toughest exam JEE advance, college has beautiful campus and has well equipped labs and also hasquite low fee compared to other colleges.

Choosing a college is a major decision, and for many students OIST Bhopal, the choice often comes down to abalance between legacy, regional repution, and practical constraints. Students typically compare OIST with other top private colleges in Madhya Pradesh such as LNCT or VIT Bhopal. My rank falls in the 1.5 Lakh to 5 Lakh range, OIST becomes a primary choice. It offers the same RGPV degree as the government colleges but with a more structured trainig program for private placements. The admission process is centralized and follows the guidelines of the Directorate of Technicial Education(DTE), Madhya Pradesh. Qualifying exams: 10+2 with Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics(PCM). Minimum Marks:45% aggregate in 12th Accepted Exams:JEE Main is the primary and most preferred exam. OIST Bhopal is an outstanding institute!

Admission are through 12th socre and entrance scores too matters. In 12th for General Category students 60% is mandatory and for OBC a minimum of 50% and for SC/ST students it's 50%. Post which as per the seats the cut-offs are announced and final admission happens....Read More
