The college faculties are good and supportive , the location of college is also good.
The infrastructure of the college is also quite good and there are many shops nearby

Dislikes

College placements are very poor the average package is also very low.
The hostel rules are very strict for girls .
Campus is not so large and there are too many students in every branch

I choose this course because I had keen interest in data science. Faculty to student ratio is good it is approximately, 1:75 All the teachers are very well qualified there are two mid semesters and one practical exam

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 127000 per year

Placement Experience

From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements . approximately 30 to 50 companies visit campus every year . Highest package was 9.2 lakhs per annum. Average package is 3.2 lakhs per annum. Around 60 % of students get placed here. My plan is to do M.tech after graduating from here.

Fees and Financial Aid

Cost to study is high . Fee is approximately 127000 and hostel fee is around 85000. Fee hike is not that much there are various scholarships one can get. There are many centrally funded schlorships available as well as state funded .

It is a private college hence many fests are conducted here one of them is mondaze there is one central library in the college and a lot of books are available Also a lot of extra curricalr activities happen here . there are many student clubs here

Admission

The eligibility criteria is just to qualify jee main exam and minimum 50 % in class 12th Application form is available on mpdte website and fee is 1500 rs Admission process can be made a bit more hassle free through more better management

after the completion of third year students become eligible for campus placements companies which visit are infosys cisco tata amazon and many more highest package for 2024 was 52 lpa and the average package is 11 LPA 60-70% students gget placed after my degree i plan to get a solid 9-5 job earning a decent living of my life and serving my parents

We have domains and certain denomination in placements like 6 figure denomination for top performing students as they get placements in excess of 10 lakhs. Average as of last year median is around 7 lakhs for electrical branch students.

Placement Experience:

One becomes eligible for college placements if he/she in their third or fourth year. The number of companies visits are great like Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , Atlassian etc. These are the good companies which offers great placements. The percentage of students placed are about 85%. My plans after getting a degree is I'll move in tech based companies.

Jiwaji University Honest Review

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jiwaji is Government university which have a long heritage. But is now coming to the short end of the rope. Institute of Engineering Jiwaji is fairly newly established around 20 to 30 years or so. The faculty is not that great and is not that experienced and have less facilities. Faculty of IEJU is mostly on temporary payroll with some of the permanent faculty. You have entire leasure of time to yourself. So, thing other than couese can be pursued. Hostel facilities are good. If we come to exams Other than Pharmacy and Engineering all other course have tomoy scheduled exams with strict checking and scoring.

Remarks:

My college comes under Institute of National importance,it has amazing placement,the students in this college are very intelligent as everyone joins after qualifying one of the toughest exam JEE advance, college has beautiful campus and has well equipped labs and also hasquite low fee compared to other colleges.

Choosing a college is a major decision, and for many students OIST Bhopal, the choice often comes down to abalance between legacy, regional repution, and practical constraints. Students typically compare OIST with other top private colleges in Madhya Pradesh such as LNCT or VIT Bhopal. My rank falls in the 1.5 Lakh to 5 Lakh range, OIST becomes a primary choice. It offers the same RGPV degree as the government colleges but with a more structured trainig program for private placements. The admission process is centralized and follows the guidelines of the Directorate of Technicial Education(DTE), Madhya Pradesh. Qualifying exams: 10+2 with Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics(PCM). Minimum Marks:45% aggregate in 12th Accepted Exams:JEE Main is the primary and most preferred exam. OIST Bhopal is an outstanding institute!

Admission are through 12th socre and entrance scores too matters. In 12th for General Category students 60% is mandatory and for OBC a minimum of 50% and for SC/ST students it's 50%. Post which as per the seats the cut-offs are announced and final admission happens....Read More
