Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was nice. A mix of theory and practicals was there. Faculty: student ratio would for mechanical engineering would be around 1:24, considering all mechanical engineering students across 4 years. Exams were 2 times-mid sem and end sem. All faculties in my knowledge were PhD or currently pursuing PhD.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarship is available to students on a merit basis if family income is below a certain level. Mysy scholarship I think was the name of the scholarship. I did not opt for a job from campus. Apart from the cost of college, there is the cost of transportation and the cost of rent for residence.
Campus Life
Nu tech is the national-level event, which I think is conducted in March. Many types of books are available in the library. Some classrooms have AC, while some don't. But, the quality of the classrooms is good. Sports can be an area of improvement, although cricket ground and another ground are there on campus. There are many clubs like MESA etc., but I don't think any club is completely run by students.
Admission
Jee main was the entrance exam I took. The cutoff was approximately 120 as far as I remember, for Mechanical Engineering. The admission was either through Jee main, or Gujarat board and gujcet marks combined, or NRI/ NRIS quota.
