Likes

The thing I liked the most is the infrastructure and the amount of greenery it has.
The next thing I like is the security provided to female students as it is a womens college.
And of course the studies and placements

Dislikes

The thing I do not like is sometimes the food will be disappointing.
A very hectic process to take outings or while parents visits

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course as nowadays AI is trending and Artificial Intelligence is the future. The faculty of my course are pretty good as they come from various backgrounds like Ph.D., PG, and Mtech and there are some senior faculties too. Their teaching method is also good, they also use PowerPoint presentations to get to know the subject more visually. The term exams were pretty easy to write and sufficient time will be provided to study.

Internships Opportunities

There are various internship opportunities and courses provided within our college which are used to enhance our skills. Companies like Adobe, Visa, Intuit, etc with a good stipend. Our faculty also guides us to do projects that belong to our domain. projects like Crop recommendations in machine learning.

Placement Experience

Our college is known for good placements as very good companies will approach our college. Every student who has a cgpa above 7.5 will be eligible for placement from 4-1 semester, but many internship opportunities are also given from the 2nd year itself. On average 60 to 70% of the students will get placed with a good package.

Fees and Financial Aid

At Vishnu, the fee structure comprises tuition fees of 70,000 per year with accommodation costs of 80k and an estimated amount of 3k annually for textbooks and notebooks. The university also offers various scholarships and the one I have applied is the NSP scholarship with an amount of 10000 per year based on merit. I have also got an internship at a prestigious company with a stipend og 30k per month for 2 months.

Campus Life

The campus life at Vishnu is vibrant, offering a rich social experience for students helping them to get out of their comfort zone. There are around 15 clubs which include fun, entertainment, general knowledge, technical knowledge, creativity, and innovations. Annual day is conducted ever year where the toppers and the winners of various competitions held will be awarded. There is a big sports ground containing games like Koko, cricket, basket ball, volleyball, throwball and a squash court too. There are many social media handles like such updates or svecw in YouTube where updates are posted on a regular basis

Admission

The admission process is through the Councelling based on our eamcet rank, there is no entrance test. Based on my rank and my chosen course which is AI & DS, the cutoff was 13k and my rank was 12k. The eligibility criteria change over time as now the demand for this course is increasing.

1. From third year second semester students become eligible for college placements. 2. Companies visited are Cisco, Infosys and Accenture they are combined gave around 121 offers. 3. The highest package is 36 lpa and the average package is 7 lpa and lowest package is 3-5 lpa. 4. The percentage of students got placed are 80%. 5. My plans after getting college degree is to get a high paying job in a reputable company.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chose mechanical (robotics). As they euipped with new equipment's of robotics I have inspired a lot and chose to go with this course. This course helps to understand the mechanical engineering an also robotics. It helps us to understand about the mechanism in hardware. It helps to understand about robot infrastructure and about drones. For this course if there is more depth in robotics subjects than it can better. The frequency and timing is good as they maintain a certain period of time gap between the exams and the difficulty level is also good. If studied for a week we can understand up to some level and have a chance to pass the exams.

Great learning and opportunities at SVECW

-I applied to JNTUK and SRKR along with SVECW.I got confirmed admission at those colleges but svecw is having good infrastructure and environment and with strong placement opportunities. -I applied to SRM university and VITAP university according to my rank i cant get cse in those colleges -Eamcet qualified studnets are eligible. My experience in my college
