In a class there are only 40 students and in Saveetha you are given the opportunity to choose your subject and faculty members according to your likings.Teaching method is good and tests are conducted on regular basis.Semester exams are conducted after course completion.

Internships Opportunities

Companies coming to colleges for internships are Infosys,Tata consultancy,Wipro and many more.Internships are more of a work load and a lot more to learn.Projects are done on our own and submitted for the interviews conducted.

After 3 years itself the students are eligible for internships and placements.Before placements the college train you for aptitude and languages.Average salary is 6 lakhs per annum.Campus placements are available from big companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is based on your 12th class cutoff marks.Scholarships are provided according to your marks.Campus jobs are seeked based on grades we get in college courses.Interships are taken by leading it companies in Chennai.

Campus Life

Life in campus is very social.Annual fests and culturals are conducted every year.There are many club activities where you can enroll.There are two big sail libraries and they contain many books of all the types.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is good.I am staying in deluxe room of four which is spacious with a attached bathroom.The food is ordered through a website of saveetha and it is bought and eaten.If you want to opt for pg for girls Stanza living is nearby to stay on.

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Admission

For admission in Saveetha school of engineering l it is totally based on cutoff marks.For cutoff calculation add your math,physics and chemistry marks and divide by 3.If your cutoff marks is only above 60 you will get admitted and fees varies according to marks.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

The great Simata engineering

Actually I wrote exams for VIT ,SRM AND Amirtha college but the fees structure so high I couldn't afford it . Even I got less cuttoff in my 12 th so in management quota other colleges got donation more but in this college there is no donation. So I chooses this one...Read More

Saveetha salpies!

I applied in srm , sri Krishna and all but i got admission in saveetha they didn't asked any donation from me but rather college asked donation from mee I got rejected from psg , because i was from kerala board they only take tamilnadu board Adimssion is through online is awailable we have to pay the fees through the link And after completing document They will give us id card That's it Saveetha has best flexi learning method and we are free to choose what we want...Read More
