ALL ROUND EXPERIENCE IN LNCT

So LNCT follows rgvp curriculum..my course is cse IOT and cyber security and we have almost all basic first year subjects like mathematics1, physics, basic mechanics, civil, bce. You will start your college coding journey bylearning c++. I chose this course because of its versitality and my love for cyber security..To be honest Iot branch in lnct is said to be not so booming now a days as amout of student who got placement in big companies from iot branch are very few in number in past 2 years. * Faculty to student ration is quite good..teachers are supportive, especially mentors(its not same for all cources or even all sections ). * All teachers are Master level graduate..with some holding phd..there is a balance of teachers with young and old teachers. Teachers focus well on students and really let them ask as many time as they want. * there are 2 mid sem exam between every semester exam...out of which best of the two is taken and they contain 5 marks.well mid sem exams are quit pass

the college provide internships through AICTE IDEA LAB and the roles offered very from techinal head to project leader and they need to submit projects and there details on it...thuse getting funding. Avg stipend is 5k and it mostly go up from there.

Campus placements are pretty avg in LNCT. 200 + comapanies comes to college with hiring like 700 to 800 students from 2k..avg package is 6.2 lpa Students are eligibale for campus placements from 6th sem i.e 2nd half of 3rd year some big comapanies visited are cognizant, TCS, wipro,TVS, polaries,Mphasis, syntel,mahindra,etc offering 100+ offers there were highest offcampus placements of 1.2 cr for 3 students and college helped them getting this jobs 16.5 lakhs is highest in campus offered by valuelab well as of 2022 and 23, 80% of students get placed My plan is to seek offcampus jobs and also to go in bug bounty hunting field

fees structure for cse is 150k per year. which compared to other private college is quit low, but when considering the campus placement avg and other facility, one may find it just a little expensive. you can pay this 150k fees all together or in 2 terms.. * there are also financial assitance provided by college and state gov to even off state students..like MP tass scholarship scheme and chairman scholorship scheme..St Sc scholorship schemes and many more...about which you will be informed also by college it self. * in first year you wont be allowed to participate in any job aur internships provided by college..you may do by your self..but from 2nd year you can access idea lab facilities for startup ideas to get funding..and many internship programs( but you have to do alot of hard work).

LNCT biggest back drop is its college life...specially for 1st year...well you have basic fest like freshers and garba night etc.. but you are not allowed to take part in club activities in first year. you have canteens, cafeteria, vending machines in all hostels and college area..but there are restriction on first years. it is mostly to stop any chance of ragging.. as 1st years and other years students are not allowed to meet and there college times are also different. Talking about Annual fest, LNCT's largest fest is SRISHTI fest, which compries of all kind of activities, dancing, music, tech arts, food fair, concerts and much more. it takes place between mid of april Then there is Planet Engineers which is a tech fest... library is open till 8 and every one is allowed andit have a large amout of books. LNCT focus on sports activites as well and provides a lot of opportunities. BUT!! from 2nd year..all in one your real college life starts from 2nd years.

For boys there are 3 hostels, which are only for 1st years. that means from 2nd year you need to move out.But there are lots and lots of hostels, pgs and flats available near college and are in good loaclity( and also bus facility is provided),like indrapuri and anand nagar Girls have 2 hostels but they are allowed to live there for 4 years if they want..and also new hostels are being constructed So boys hostels- TRipuri boys hostel: worst in the lot( old building and conjusted area..also it is very near to the faculties quaters..so lots of restriction. They have common bathrooms 2nd. ratanpur boys hostel: best mess food ( as faculties also eat there)..worst environment to live in. as it is also near faculty..they also have common bathroom 3rd NEW boys hostel: best in 3. as constructed newly, have attached let bath for 4 star hotel type infrasture ( not exaggerating)..above avg mess food..and less restriction as it is away from faculties building..and with only 10k more fees i.e 94k

*So to take admission in LNCT, you need to apply for MPDTE counselling, conducted for state government. through there you need to do choice filling and choose lnct as your preferred college. If your jee rank is good enough for your choosen course for lnct criteria. you can further move on to admission process. *Eligibility for cse(core): 85+ jee mains percentage. with 60 plus in 12th . but there are also speciallisation courses and lnct also have 3 building ( main buiding , science building , And excellence building) so you may get cse core in E building with 75 percent jee mains and same in Science with 80 percent..college also take students on 12th marks basis. *You can find application form from LNCT website or directly from college. Application fees at my time was 300/- Its date fluctuates, so you may have to check directly from official website..but it starts almost just after jee mains 2nd attempt exam. * Admission process is very simple and we only need to provide all imp docs.
