I took EAMCET exam. I got 11531 rank. I got Mechanical Engineering in MVSR Engineering College which is one of the top most colleges in Hyderabad. My interest towards machines provoked me to take Mechanical and regarding the college thats a very nice choice for my rank.

Course Curriculum is of Osmania University, which is very decent and Knowledge driven. Coming to the Faculty, we have 3 Ph.D faculty and there are somewhere around 5 Senior Professors and 10 to 12 Associate Professors.

There was no company for internship. I have done my internship at Hyderabad Coach Care centre at nampally,Hyderabad.

Companies like Microsoft, MAQ, Intergraph and Infosys etc. came for the placement.

We use to have plenty of small fests which happens with in the college. We will be having on Cultural and Technical fest every year alternatively. Cultural fest SANGAMAM which is one of the biggest National College event. Celebrities Nation wide will conduct the show in this. Technical fest SAMAVARTHAN was also equally famous and we use to have marvellous robot technologies in this event. There are many encouraging awards and rewards in this fest.

You will be having College fee reimbursement of 50% to 100% based on your merit from your state govt and a scholarship of some 6k per year. This is only to EBC, OBC, SC and ST. Open category will not have any scholarship facility.

Absolutely very exciting campus life.Gender ratio Male to female is 100:65 which is common any where.There are no diversities which i have come across in my campus life regarding gender, caste or creed .Extracurricular activities we use to have nice competitions within the department.Labs are very well equipped.Sports you will have very encouraging environment.There is a college team for every sport which participates in state and national wide sports.Regarding debates we use to have them in the cultural fest SANGAMAM.

Alumni network is very strong. Seniors are very much helpful in getting the companies during placements. Alumni use to conduct a meeting every year from which there are many possible things which you can get. There are even entrepreneurs in the college alumni too who are very much helpful.

To be frank there is no good college hostel for us but as it is very much near to the cut, we use to reside in private hostels in the near by area Dilsukhnagar of Hyd. Rent here varies from a normal hostel of 3k to a Deluxe hostel of 5k. The rental of th
