Briefly and Truly about SRKR

The Course cirriculum difficulty is medium, for diploma backgroundies the subjects with theory will be more simple than mathematics related subjects like RVSP,EMTL,SS etc. But overall the course is good and the faculty members also well qualified and best. The mid exams correction is also fair mostly the questions repeated from the assignents given to students.

Accenture, WIPRO, TCS, HealthEdge, Assetsense, Siffy, palalto etc.. companie used to vidit our college every year. These companies offer placements with approximately 4-45 LPA package. For this we must have proper skill set. And we must do some projects in Upcoming technologies.

The placements are fully based on IT industry Layoffs and recission. Eventhough on recession the college provide placements but in less amount. The competition will be more. If we did not get placement we can try for off campus. Off campus placements information also provided by College Training and Placement cell. Or else we can choose higher studies for mtech or masters. The college provide further guidence for Masters very well. And they provide training for GATE and GRE.

Coming to fees it will be 70000 per year. The students who qualified for JVD will get fees reimbursment. There will be wavier for placements as per IT industry Layoffs and recession. Internships will come from 3rd year. Placements will held from 4th year. The campus is visited by both hardware and software companies. But compared to softe=ware companies, Hardware companies are less.

The life in campus is natural and friendly.. But there is less interaction between seniors and juniors. The campus is fully ragging free. There are so many clubs respective to particular student interests. But mostly they offer entrance to 1st year students. The lateral entry students, who came from diploma have less idea about those clubs and programs, Because the 1st years were introduced to these clubs through orientation program. But for Laterals no orientation would be conducted this is the only drawback. If we want any information we have to meet staff or friends without hesitation.

Hostel is not located within the campus. But it is in walkable distance. The Hostel is maintained by college.Girls hostel is fully disciplined and strict there are many rules and regulations. Hostel fees is too high but not worth for food. The hostel is very clean and hygine as well.

The admission into Btech is through either EAPCET or ECET. I am from diploma background, so I have to attend ECET exam which allows us to directly BTECH 2nd year. For ECE non reservation category the branch rank should be below 200.
