The College Life

The course which I opted is Electronics and Communication Engineering . We have a good number of experienced faculty in our department including the Professors, Associate Professors and Assistant Professors who are very friendly and help us in clearing our doubts with a lot of patience and they encourage us to participate in every activity being conducted. Most of the faculty hold a Ph.D degree. We need to fill the feedback form at the end of every semester through which they upgarde their teaching every time meeting the students' needs. The exams will be conducted for every two months.

Internships are provided by the Training and Placement Cell to the students in their respective domains and students who possess skills regarding latest technologies are being encoraged by them to get jobs with high packages and internships with stipened. Projects are under the guidance of faculty available in our college AICTE IDEA Lab

The students are eligible for the placements from thier seventh semester onwards. The required skills are taught to the students and the students are made to undergo Campus Recruitment Training from their sixth semester. This year the average package is about 4.5 LPA. The highest package is 16LPA . More than 75% of the students get placed every year and also the college encourages the students who are interested to do their higher studies by providing the training for exams like GRE, TOFEL and IELTS. I wanted to join a reputed company where I can improve my career after getting the degree

The fees structure is followed strictly as prescribed by the University and Government terms. The college supports the government scholarships and also provides scholarships for the merit students as well as the students who perform well in all the activities every year.

We have the department fests being conducted every year particularly on one day in the month of March and also the annual day in the month of April. We have the digital classrooms in every department which are very helpful for better understanding of the subject. Every department possess a library and college has a Central library. Even the audio and video possessing equipments are available. We have different clubs like Coding Club, Cine Club, NSS Unit which are mainly run by students for encouraging the talent in the students. Sports meets are conducted every year and coaching for different games is being provided.

Our hostels have a lot of facilities like Access to WiFi, Gym, Availability of Geysers, Sports Area, Washing Machines etc. The meals are tasty , nutritional and provides both veg and non-veg meals twice a week. Anyone can join the hostel by paying the fees and it is a first come first serve basis. The hostel is affordable for the facilities provided.

I admitted into my college through an entrance exam called EAMCET which will be conducted every year by the Andhra Pradesh government for entering into under graduate courses . Anyone who completed their intermediate course are eligible to write this exam . You can find the application form and other criteria from the official website.
