Dream College

I can say that my college life was way much good than I expected. Faculties were extraordinary. Infrastructure is awesome. Full air-conditioned campus. Wifi facility 24 hours. College campus is very beautiful and energetic. It also has a mango garden. Canteen and food facility is provided by a well known Company Cafe Coffee Day is located inside the campus. It is a dream college and you can live your college life in a very good way.

Amity University takes its own entrance exam followed by an interview. It was a general exam no test scores were told. I took admission here because Amity University is ranked no 1 by many organizations in the private category. I took admission in the Lucknow campus because many relatives of mine live here.

Course curriculum is extraordinary. We were taught core subjects as well as other subjects like behaviour science, english communication, and german. Foreign language is an option either you can choose german, french, chinese etc. There were open elective subjects such as entrepreneurship, photography, matlab, etc. All I can say that the course curriculum is way to good. In the final year we were given classes for facing Group Discussions and Interviews.

I managed my own internship but yes I know college also provide internships for the I treated students.

Amity acclaims100% placement, but this depends upon the students' academic performance and carrier preference. In my civil batch, most of the students opted for higher studies. Many companies came for the placements such as HCL, Loving, Liberty, Zomato, Uber etc I cannot tell the exact figures but we kept receiving emails that this company has selected this student that student etc. In my case, I also wanted to go for higher studies that are why I didn't sit for placements.

Many events are held in our college. Sports event known as sangathan is held every year. College fest Amiphoria is held every year in February. Moot court for law students are held. Many National and International conferences are held regularly. Technical events such as quiz etc are regularly held. Hostel league for every sports is held for the hostler students. Many seminars technical and cultural are held.

As it is a private university the fee structure is comparatively. The fees for B.Tech Civil is 8-8.5 lacks for 4 years programme. But yes amity provide hoti 100% scholarships to students. Students with 12th percentage above 93% are awarded 100% scholarship and they can continue this scholarship throughout the programme by performing well in examinations.

Amity Provides 100% scholarship for the students with aggregate in (10+2)93% and above. 50% scholarship for students with aggregate 90 and above and 25% scholarship to the students with aggregate 88% and above. Amity also provides sports scholarship.

Anyone can say that Amity is a dream college. The campus is very huge and beautiful. Amity Lucknow campus is the most beautiful campus of all other Amity Universities. The gender ratio is almost equal I.e 50:50 but in branches like civil and mechanical girls are way less. In my civil batch, there were only 2 girls. I'm others courses such as fashion designing ratio of girls are more. Campus life is awesome and energetic. It is an anti-ragging campus. No ragging is tolerated. I enjoyed my college life. Many cultural events were held. Sports event Sangathan is my favorite as I ask a sports person. Robotics events and other technical and cultural events were organized d during college fest Called Amiphoria. Workshops and seminars were regularly gelding at national as well as international levels.

Hostel facilty is average. AC rooms are not available. Lift facility is provided. Mess food quality is also average. On some days of the week students get good food like on Wednesday and Sunday. If hostel is full many pg are available near the campus which are quite affordable. For single room price ranges from 3 thousand to 5 thousand.

I was blessed to have such seniors. They were very kind and cooperative. They didn't saud no a single time whenever we went to them seeking help. They helped me whenever I needed. They helped me with studies question papers guidance related to prepration of exams etc. Amity held aluminium meets for the interaction of the students with their passed out seniors.

Exams structure is very good. The examination was held in a good manner. Flying squad was there to prevent the students from approaching or performing unfair means. Two invigilators are present in one room. Laboratories are well equipped. One cannot the complaint about the laboratories present in the University campus.

I filled the admission form online and all the other necessary details and then I was given a date for exam and interview. Exam was general. An essay topic was given on which I wrote essay. After then personal interview was held. I got a letter and brochure at my home address confirming my eligibility for admission.

I can say Amity has one of the best faculty members. Most of the faculty have completed there PHD. Teachers communicate well and the teach very well in the class.Neither too strict nor to linieant. If you want to study genuinely you will get everything you need. You can make the most use of their knowledge.
