Teacher are good canteen good infrastructure are good . Placement is not so much good but ok .

Dislikes

Mess food are little bit good . The timing of library is not good . Only in morning and evening our library is open

Course Curriculum Overview

I am in BTech first year .all faculty are too good as I expected.total number of students in CSE is 165 .and all teachers are highly qualified.exam is very tough .after getting this college only one mid semester held here and this was very tough total passing marks is 70 out of 100 and rest 30 marks are under teachers they give 10 marks on the basis of attendance and 10 on behaviour and punctuality .

Placement Experience

No internship in our college . There is placement of maximum 500000. Of some branch of student . For cse techno india company come for placement. Placement is good .and after completing my degree I apply off campus for placement and in third year I also want to apply in company for internship .

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees is 25000 in one year .in our our college there is two scholarship pragati and e Kalyan. Pragati is for general cast and e Kalyan is for other cast. big campus and the hostel fees is 20000.study are good all things are availy in our college canteen ,water . Mess are not so much good .

Campus Life

In our campus , there is library also where all students go and study . And campus life is too good .there is also techfesta. And all program are held like Christmas ,karma puja saraswat puja everything.many club in our college example robotics , BIS club ISED club and many more .there is one app name REC portal which is run by students of our college.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility are good in one room there is 3 student . Everything are separate . And fees of our hostel is 20000.there is two girls hostel and 2 boys hostel . Mess menu of our college is idli , chola bhatura , Manchurian , Puri , kheer, chicken ,fish ,egg, fried rice . And the quality of meal is little bit good not too much .

Hostel Fee: INR 20000 per year

Admission

All things are in better as I expected .I got this after jee exam and now I am in this college.the application fees is 700. I have no any reservation because I am in general cast .and u think no improvement is necessary all are too good in exam centre.

from 7th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placement there are lot of companies who used to visit our campus like microsoft gives 15 to 20 offer, amazon guves 13 to 15 offer , accenture gives a lot of offer like 30 offer and many more in recent year placement 64 lpa is highest and average of 12.5 lpa they use to offer forSDE role in last year 93.14percentage of total student get placed my plan is to get a full time job as software developer

INSIGHTS OF BIT MESRA

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem onwards students are able to face placements. Comapnies such as ZS, Deloite AB in bev microsoft visa comes here and normally takes 1-3 students. The highest package may vary from 40-50 lakhs and average is 4-5 lakhs. Internships opportunities are quite low here. In chemical enginnering only till now out of 120 students 20-30 got placed including out of campus palcements. I am hoping to do mba after pursuing the degree as there is less comapny visit for core branches.

The placement cell of our college is quite active and provides internship opportunities and pre-placement offers for students in their third and fourth years. The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass

AFFORDABLE EDUCATION WITH SCOPE FOR GROWTH

i applied for several other colleges like heritage haldia and some of in west bengal also in bit sindri and also i get a seat in ece branch of haldia institute of technology but when it comes to the fees it was too high as i earlier mentioned it was like 14 to 15 lacs all over and it was non affordable for my family cause my father is a farmer and in off season he runs a shop our monthly income is about 8 to 10000 ruppes. ofcourse the other colleges are good and in comparison to my college they are very good but again the reason i choose this collge because of affordability also there is no issue of daily attendance if you have good bond with faculty so i get a very good time for self study and GATE preparation so this best fits for me. actually i was preparing for NDA but didn't shorlisted in interview and it was my attempt in drop year after 12 th so i has no age left for NDA so i decided to prepare for jee in december and it was very short time so i prepared a bit and got landed with 82 percentile and then dropped in this college with free tution free waiver seat in cse branch. for admission you have to apply for jcece counselling and then you have to choose your preference order with collges and course and accoroding to your rank you will alloted a seat then after you have to come here with all documents like 10 th makrksheet 12 th marksheet and more personal documents like aadhar card seat allotment letter etc the college admisson cell will verify and after paying the allotment fees they will confirm you seat....Read More
