MNNIT at a Glance

i Choose this course because of the excellent placement MNNIT offers.The average placement is quite good for even non circuit branches. There are plenty of facculty present here. the student faculty ratio is good.all the faculties are highly qualified.the teaching method is also good.The exams are taken 2 times per semester and they are little difficuly but if you prepare well enough you are good to go.

The internship opportunities are decent here but don't get your expections too high as you may get disappointed. If you are from non CS branches the internship opportunities are very rare. but if you have good skills and have done some good projects previously you will jave the upper hand for sure.

Placements are quite good here or i may say the best thing about this college is placements.students are eligible for placements after the end of 6th Semester. All top IT and Core companies visit here with total no. of offers crossing 1000.in recent years the highest international package has been avobe 1cr per annum and the domestic package are also great. the percentage of steudents getting placed are above 90%.

the are like any other NIT here you do get the beneft of income certificate and get fee recession.the mess fees have increased a bit recently .there are many govenrment and private scholarships you can avil here

Campus life is good but don't expect anything like big IITs .Don't get me wrong it's not bad or something just not top tier.Annual Tech fest is called AVISHKAR and annual Cultural fest is called CULRAV.The library is full of useful books both course related and otherwise.Classrooms have all the basic amenities some are euipppied with Air Conditioning.

The hostel rooms are okay at best . you get a 100 Mbps lan connection in each room and a fan. you have to get you own lightbulb tho. You can your personal cooler . Mess food is nothing to brag about eighter just okay but that's the case of all the mess or at least the ones i know.Hostels get alloted at the time of admission you just have to pay the mess fee along with it.

I took admission in Mnnit and and i am currently pursuing Btech in civil engineering. To take admission in mnnit or any NIT one has to qualify Jee mains exam which is held 2 times per year. one can apply for it through the NTA website. on NTA webiste you will find all the details about the exam like application fees exam dates etc.Admission happens through JOSAA counselling And based on the rank you get the college from the choices you fill.There is also caste based reservation.I Got admission through OBC catagory.
