- Campus is very beautiful It also has mandir and very beautiful lush green campus and since its apart from main city its very quiet here.
- Due to its strictness its ragging free campus which is very good.
- College doesnt do bullshits things and focus on studies unlike other private colleges. Also the fees here is very low which I like the most here.
Dislikes
- College is very strict It does'nt allow us to enjoy much you cant out of campus cant join clubs in 1st year and conduct events. its very boring.
- Hostels are very strict you cant roam in campus after 9pm and cant go outside campus without gate pass and rules are very strict.
- Hostel mess is very bad they should improve food quality
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I had some intrest in cyber security also due to my jee rank this is what i could have got. the student faculty ratio is 1:60. All the Professors are highly qualified especially the hods. But they all dont teach good. Exams are conducted timely.Exams are conducted by RGPV.Exams ere of moderate level.
Internships Opportunities
I didnt get any interships here yet.Students gets interships here in 3rd year stipend ranges from company to company. Students gets many projects here.Our TNP cell is good they help us to get interships in campus.
Placement Experience
Students become elgibile for placements after 6th semester. There are many companies visting here like tcs, coginizant,cisco,wipro,infosys and basically every mass recruiting company. The highest package is 25 lakh in 2023 by Deustach bank.Package ranges from 2 lakh to 25 lakh and average package is around 5-6 lakh per annum. Almost every student gets placed here wheter its a very low package. I want to get offcampus placement because I want high package.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees hike is like 10000 this year both in hostel and college.I cant complain here since it happens in every college.Fees is already not so high so its okay. I didnt got any Scholarship here.I can join clubs and get job but that all starts from 2nd year.
Campus Life
The name of the annual fest is SHRISTI which is conducted during feb and march. There are many books available in library which you can issue for 15 days. All the Classrooms are basic like schools. They arent AC equipped.But they are all cleaned. There are many sports tournmaents running in the college.There are very less extra curricular activites running in the college which is very disppointing. There are many social groups and clubs running in the college by students but you can join them from 2nd year.
Hostel Facilities
There are 5 Hostels in our college.3 hostels are for boys and 2 girls. The new boys hostel where I live is hostel 5 which is built this year which i would say is very Good . The rooms are cleaned daily you get personal bathrooms,a bed book shelf godrej and table.Rooms are 3 seater. COndition for girls hostels are also same. Just the two old boys hostels are old they dont have personal bathrooms but they are double seater. The hostel mess is very bad they only give potatoes. You can register for hostel during admission in college.The hostel fees is 90000.
Admission
I took admission in this course. The elgibility of this course i.e CSE-IOT is above 78 percentile for main buiding.If you want to take cse core in this college you need to have above 85 percentile in jee mains. THe admission criteria is jee mains and admission is done through mpdte counselling. You can find the application form in mpdte online website.The application fees was 1100 rupees. Application was done after jee advance during august. I didnt got any reservation because I was from outside state.But if you have homestate quota you get many reservation.One is tfw quota where your whole tution fees is removed. no i dont see any improvements in admission is all okay.
