Course Curriculum Overview

I really love Chemistry as a subject and laboratory works. The teachers are very friendly and helpful. They have doctorate or post graduation in Chemistry. There were 4 teachers and we were total 26 students. They give us notes from different areas which were easy to understand. We had internal exams and it was okay

Class Size: 26Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The free structure for 2 Year course was 1 lakh. We have to give 25000 per each sem. There are scholarships like post matric,Joseph mundassery likewise. My course was self financing. We didn't get any campus placements

Campus Life

It was really good. We have arts day and all national days are celebrated. We have a digital library. Classrooms are spacious with modern boards. We have hockey team cricket, taekondo, kho kho. And environment clubs are run by students

Admission

I got a merit seat by supplementary list. The application was through centralised allotment process. And During admission there was a panel of teachers to cross check all the documents. The admission process was rapid

I choosed to study msc applied psychology in kerala university. Because it offers my interested specialization ( organizational behaviour) . The course provides three specializations - clinical , industrial and educational. As it is applied psychology it equipes us to become more practical.I wish the placement cell to be more efficient in our university. Because the placements they offers are limited

The real Yuvakshetra experience of a 5 year student (UG+PG)

Placement Experience:

As I mentioned above they have only limited amount of placement for my courses which they provide many start ups which can be choosed for just an experience or just for an starting job but other wise it not much good

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course have more oppurtunities in the present time as the data is increasing day by day and we are dealing with data. So we have more oppurtinities than any others. We have a special post in every fields. Course is doing only theory build up and less in concentrating the practical application side of the theory we have studied.

The best college for study

Course Curriculum Overview:

Obviously this physics course is tough but the influence of the teachers and other staff made us too motivated and the systematic exam schedule helped us to complete our portion before the exams and there is some more time for the revision purpose.. There teaching method are so useful and they treat us so politely and in friendly nature. So its too easy to clear doubt and feel comfortable to ask them and clear anything.. Its so helpful for us to complete our exam nicely...

Life at IITPKD

Remarks:

JEE Rank was the main factor. The facilities like hostel, labs, etc mentioned in the IIT Palakkad website. During the allotment process, one senior girl student of my branch contacted me and cleared all my doubts whether it was small or big, placement details, etc. After the rankings were released, based on the previous years cut-off ranks, I was able to get a fair idea about the colleges I would be able to join among all the IITs, NITs, IIITs. Based on JEE Mains rankings, NIT or IIITs can be chosen. Based on JEE Advance ranking, IIT can be chosen. Also, 2 mock allotment will take place which gives a fair idea of which allotment we will get. These mock allotment will be based on our preferences. We can change them after the mock. Then the actual allotment will start. Once we finalise our preferences and lock them, there will be 7 rounds of allocation. 3 options will be given in each round-Float, Freeze,Slide (details will be clearly mentioned in the website). Once you are allocated a seat in any round, document verification will take place (seat acceptance fee must be paid at this stage).
