- the classes are awesome with proper infrastructure.

- the fest , here every month is full of enjoyment with so many fun activities conducted by different student's club.
Dislikes
- some professors are very strict, they don't give marks even if you're writing the answer.
- class timings , our daily classes begins from 8 am .
- cafeteria , we don't have so many options we have only one Nescafe whose food is very expensive
Course Curriculum Overview
In my rank this was the best college and the best branch and it has the highest placement among the colleges which were in my rank list and being a girl child my parents don't want to send far from home 1:125 is the faculty: student ratio phd and doctorate and mtech according to my knowledge academics are a bit tougher as compare to other colleges across india. exams were good to pass;
Internships Opportunities
since i am in the very first year of college so i don't have so much information about the placements and internships. according to my knowledge companies like atlassian,makemytrip,adobe, coding ninja and amazon has offered internships of swe and sde job peofiles.
Placement Experience
from 6th semester students get eligible for campus placements and schlorships many companies like Atlassian, Amazon, Tata Motors,core companies and many more visit here. about the offers made i don't have adequate knowledge as i am in the 1st sem right now. my plan is to experience corparate life after my degree and excel in that.
Fees and Financial Aid
my course fee is Rs.62500 , my mess fee is Rs.17000, my hostel charge is 15000 for a semester fees are nominal not so high . overall it is affordable for a middle class family. there are many like pragati schlorship, e-kalyan schlorship for jharkhand students, ongc schlorship, swami vivekanand schlorship, and there are schlorships exclusively for st and sc students. students also get fee remission based on their family income.
Campus Life
so basically in nit jamshedpur we have 3 annual fests namely- 1. URJA in the month of november 2. CULFST in the month of february 3. OJASS the techno management fest in the month of april Nit jamshedpur consists of a CENTRAL LIBRARY in which every type of books and journals are available classrooms are fully air conditioned with proper vantilation and fans , equipped with proper lighting and desk and tables. all games and sports are available here except swimming. student councils, literary and debating society, chess club , badminton club , table tennis clubs and many more societies run by students.
Hostel Facilities
in my hostel room we are provided the following facilities- a study table, a tube light, a chair, a bed, an almirah. food is overall good with good menu keep changing evry sem or year. girls mess food is better as compared to boys mess food we have grand dinner once in every year. in the day of physical reporting, we have filled a hostel allotement form and we were alloted hostel at the day of physical reporting. hostel fee is 15000 per sem, so affordable. i have not rented any pg as i live in college hostel.
Admission
Eligibility of the course was purely based on our Jee mains rank The admission process consists of a centralised exam called jee mains which application you ca find in the official website of NTA jee mains. Seats are reserved for different categories. Improvement - Include more seats in the engineering college
