The college management is student friendly and the faculty is experienced and are highly educated. I would blindly recommend this college to any student who wishes for true education because Aurora is the temple of education.

There isn't any entrance exam actually it's based on our intermediate or 12th score. This was the case when I took admission. Admissions are open as of now and you can go and inquire for further details but seats are given only on merit basis. There is a bit of competition as it is one of the most reputed colleges in Hyderabad and it is well known for its faculty and placements.

My batch started from 2016-17 that was the first time semester based CBCS system was being launched and the course curriculum is a perfect mixture of accounting standards with computers. Semester system brings down the load on students. The subjects being all the regular Bcom subjects like Business economics, managerial economics Business organization, principles of management Second language English Financial accounting-1&2 Ms office and SQL being the first and second-semester syllabus While Second year i.e 3rd and 4th semester comprises of Income tax-1&2 Business statistics-1&2 Advance accounting Corporate accounting C and C++ Principles and practice of life insurance Second language and English.

Aurora is well known for placements and internships. I have just completed my 2nd year of education and I'm not so keen into placements or internships.

On interaction with seniors and other classmates of mine, I got to know Aurora ensures 100% placements to the students. They keep us well prepared for the placements we have a placement cell which keeps conducting jam sessions and mock interviews which help us for the placements. Deloitte, Amazon, Wipro, Infosys, TCS are some of the few companies which I'm aware of which have come for placements. The average package offered to B.Com students with computers specialization is around 3-4 lakhs as per my knowledge.

Abhiyan was one of our annual inter-college cultural event conducted last year. There were weekly quizzes conducted for students. There are orientation programmes and other events which help the students to realize their real talent and enhance it. The NSS and NCC keep conducting events and camps for the interested students.

The fee structure is feasible and it is not at all expensive. It is about 40-45k per annum for a B.Com graduate which includes everything, for example, the lab charges, textbooks etc. It is in the heart of the city so transportation is also very feasible. When compared to the cost of education is other colleges and cities Aurora has a budget-friendly fee structure.

The scholarship is offered by the government to the weaker sections. The fee reimbursement scheme for students who are from the weaker sections can avail the scheme for education and there isn't much pressure for payment of fees too. The administration of Aurora is student friendly.

Class strength is around 60 and the rooms are really spacious. There is enough amount of ventilation and lighting. The gender ratio is around 35-25 in each classroom. The seniors and juniors share a very good bond and the overall atmosphere is very good.

The seniors are really helpful when it comes to placements and examinations.They help the juniors in order to adapt to the system and help us in knowing how to face the interviews.

Semester system (CBCS) reduces the examinations load from the students. We have 2 internals which is conducted before the semester examination. There is a good amount of time gap between the internal examinations and semester examinations and one practicals examination.

I got to know about the college through one of my friends.I had then gone to the college to find out about the application procedure and the rest of the details.I was not aware of apps like college dunia which gives us a before hand information about the whole college it's working and all which is actually a boon to the students.We have to pay a token amount of 500 for the registration and fill up the form and clearly mention the course we are opting for and submit the form.The college authorities will keep you informed about the admission procedure and status and when your admission is finalised you need to bring in the required documents.

The major plus point in Aurora is the faculty. The faculty of Aurora is mainly student friendly and give more focus on the concepts rather than grades. They also help in improving our communication skills and help the students to learn how to face the real world.
