- The timing of college is much longer than other colleges and they doesn't even provide holidays on many occasions. And 75% attendence is also a big problem.
Course Curriculum Overview
I opted this course due to my interest in computer science field and the rapid growth of artificial intelligence in modern world was also one of the reasons for this course. The faculty student ratio is around 1:60 and all the faculties are well qualified with master's or PhD degree. Although the mid sem exam happened quite late comparing to other institutes in the city and the level of difficulty in exams was moderate.
Internships Opportunities
The college provides internship offers to student in many companies like TCS, hexaware, Infosys etc. The training and placement cell conducts many seminars and activities during the course and depending upon the students performance preference is given.
Placement Experience
The students are eligible for placements from 7th semester. A number companies like Accenture, TCS, hexaware, HCL, etc have hired students from placement drives and the highest package was around 64 lpa this year and the average was 5lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees here varies according to your time of admission like if you get admission first your fees might be less than other students opting for the same course later. All government based scholarship are provided to students although the college doesn't provide scholarship to students on its own. College is well known for placements you can get a decent paying jobs (also depending upon your skills)from the campus drives. Students from 7th sem are eligible for campus drives.
Campus Life
The college conducts many cultural and tech fest according to the season like you can see garba festival during Navratri and Holi mahotsav during Summers and many more and also every week t&p related mock tests are conducted for students. There is a library situated in the central block of the main campus where you can get all your course books. The classrooms of main building are little smaller and older. The college also has many social clubs which provided opportunities to students based on their interests.
Admission
Currently,I am pursuing Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering with Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Specialization. The application for admission is done through MPDTE counseling. The eligibility criteria is quite easy you just need to appear in JEE or pass class 12th with PCM. The college provides reservation and government scholarship benefits to eligible students.
