Course Curriculum Overview
In my department (MECHANICAL ENGINEERING) there are total 210 students in my batch and we have highly qualified facilities most of them are PhD holders. Some teachers have experience of 20+ years in various reputed institutes of country. We have mini, mid and end sem examination and practical viva also during our semester. We can qualify exam easily even if we start studying 10 days before exam.
Internships Opportunities
In my college many multinational companies like Amazon , Microsoft, Google, meesho, Bajaj , L&T visit for internship and they give more than 40k per month for 6 month and 2 months internship. Some students are also doing summer internship in PSUs BHEL , HPCL, GAIL.
Placement Experience
Our college has good placement structure. In 2022 overall more than 80 % student got placed in B. Tech. With average package of 11 LPA and highest package of 82 LPA . Our college also provides good internship apportunities for students of all branches. In mechanical engineering highest package was of 18 LPA given by BPCL.
Fees and Financial Aid
MANIT is a NIT, So if your family income is below 1 lakh per year then you have not need to pay tution fee. If your family income is between 1-5 lakh then only you have pay 1/3 of your tution fees which is 62500 per semester. And your mess fees is 25000 per year Hostel fees is 31000 per year. So I can say that MANIT is a affordable institute and in this institute you are eligible for different government and non government scholarship also
Campus Life
I think you will enjoy best days of your entire life in this college. Because there are many clubs and societies in our college named tooryanad, rubaroo, vision etc. which will help in your personality development. We have a liabrary which contains more than 20000 books . And also we have a digital library. In our sports complex there are many courts for indoor and outdoor games like vollyball, cricket, football, tt, chess, basketball etc.
Hostel Facilities
Our institution has 12 hostel in which there are 10 boys and 2 girls hostels. Each hostel has its own mess And mess of each hostel is run by its students. Students decide mess menu for there mess and they will maintain entire mess . Food quality is good. Some hostels are two seater while some are three seater. Each room has 3 table,3 chair , 3 beds. Hostel fees is 31000 per year and mess fees is 25000 per year
Admission
I have cleared JEE mains in 2022 to take admission in B. Tech. In mechanical engineering of MANIT BHOPAL, My rank was 49466 and my home state is m.p. so I took admission in MANIT during JOSSA counseling. I belongs to OBC category and my catagory rank was 13500 in JEE.
