College with good values

This college is better than most colleges. Every college has pros and cons. The management is good, only the hostels should be maintained well.

AMUEEE (Aligarh Muslim university engineering entrance examination) is the exam by which you can get admitted to zhcet , my score was 95/200 including N.C.C. quota. This is one of the renowned colleges all across the world. Admission process is through a written exam and there is no interview process.

The course structure is quite good. The syllabus is according to the Gate entrance examination. Course Duration of Bachelor of Technology [B. Tech] (Mechanical Engineering) is 4 Years. Top class faculties are there to teach the best courses. The faculty has experienced teachers as well as young minds that provide a balanced teaching environment.

The college has a training and placement office which provides internships in reputed industries all across India. Placement in the year 2016-17 include in industries like Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd. (BHEL- Manufacturing Plant) Kailar, U.P. Power Transmission Corporation Ltd. (UPPTCL) Irrigation Department Uttar Pradesh Satpura Thermal Power Station, (STPC) MPPGCL, P.O. Sarni, Distt Locomotive The workshop, Northern Railways (Ministry Of Railways) Charbagh, and many more.

The placement cell provides top recruiters for the graduates. It provides ample opportunities for placement of Engineering Students to achieve cent percent placements. It prepares students for campus recruitment arranging training in Aptitude tests, Group Discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews. It promotes career counseling by organizing guest speakers viz. senior corporate personnel and most importantly by the immediately placed senior students.

Extracurricular activities are there like ncc., drama club, western music club, art club etc. Annual fest occurs which provide a lot of enthusiasm among the students. The famous Kennedy auditorium provides a large participation of students in drama shows, music etc.

The fees structure for the b.tech course is much much affordable comparing to all other engineering colleges. This is what makes it a different college from others. It gives the best at a much cheaper price. As I am pursuing b.tech in mechanical Engg. my fees structure is 17790 INR including the hostel fees. for a single year

The college provides a different type of scholarships in different fields. There are state and central scholarships for backward classes and economically unfit students. Also, merit cum scholarships are there.

The hostel facilities are good but not the best. The rooms should be improved more. As the hostels are made in the british rule, the building provides a soothing living environment all around. There are free wifi facilities in the hostel. Water coolers are installed with RO purifiers. Mess system is what I like the most. I would rate it 8/10.

The alumni of the college are spread all across the globes. They visit the campus frequently and gave speeches to motivate students. The seniors provide a very helpful environment. They are always there to help the juniors. The interaction with seniors always give me a better way of understanding my problems

All working days in the college are good. No student feels tired or bored during the day. The labs are well maintained with high rated facilities, Exams are held 4 times in a year 2 midsemester exams and 2-semester exams. Exams are held with proper management. The papers are scheduled with proper gaps and the level of paper is such that it provides a challenge to the student.

You can get the form from amucontrollerexams.com in the month of February or march. The exam date will be in the month of may. After qualifying the exam you will be called for councelling on a particular date. The administration provide a lots of help getting through the councelling procedure. After the councelling is done you will ask to select your particular branch according to your rank in the merit list.
