I had given JEE Mains exam to get into this college. I scored 217 marks and had 97.5 in my boards and secured a rank around 4000. I chose computer science and engineering in this college because it was one of the top nit in this branch.

I opted the computer science branch in this college and talking about the course curriculum, it is well focused on recent trends in the computer science field as well as focuses on basics too. The final year subjects are mostly focused on the recent trends and technologies that are in the market like blockchain, cloud, machine learning etc.

Yes in 3rd year, companies visit our college to provide internships to students. The companies include the topmost IT companies like Microsoft, visa, de shaw, etc. The average stipend is 20-25 thousand per month for computer science students.

Placements statistics are also very great. More than 150 companies came to visit our campus and about 98% students got placed. Public sector companies like BHEL, GAIL and many more also came to hire the students. The average package is around 10 lpa.

The college life is full of Great and enthusiastic events. We have technical fest named Avishkar, cultural fest called Culrav, sports fest is Josh and Jlal, entrepreneur fest called gnosis etc. These festivals help students to show their creativity and also helps them to learn about new technologies and new ways to enter into corporate world.

As it is regulated by the central government so its fee structure changes with time. When I got admitted into this college per semester fees was around 41000 and an extra of 13000 for mess fess per semester. There are also various scholarship schemes available for needy students and they are being informed about these scholarships through notices from time to time.

I hadn't availed any scholarship during my course but I know some. There is UP scholarship available for those whose parental income is less than 2 lacks per annum. The scholarship process is all conducted through the college and the students don't have to worry about it.

The campus life is awesome. The enjoyment and fun that is done with the friends can't be described in words. There are night canteens inside the campus so that you can have food 24/7. You can play anytime you want. When it comes to talking about cultural festival there are numerous events to participate in. Then there is DJ night celebrity night and many more events.

There are 6 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel. Out of 6 one hostel is build for only first year boys named Swami Vivekanand boys hostel which is a seven-floor building. The first-year hostel has an accommodation of 3 students in one room and the remaining hostels have 2. In final year every student is provided with one single room. Mess food is not that up to the mark but is OK.

Yes, the college does have an alumni network through which the presents students get the opportunity to gain experience from them. Every year the college hosts an alumni meet which encourages students to participate in this manage this meet and helps them to get to know the world from the alumnus.

Every course is evaluated on 100 marks. 20 is for mid-semester exams 60 is for end semester exams and 20 marks are for teacher assessment which includes attendance, quiz, and assignments. The mid sem's are of 90 min duration and end sem of 3 hours. To my knowledge, the exams and labs provide a detail view to students to see what this course was and how to study it.

The admission process was summarised on the JOSA website. So I had to reach to college for the admission process and all the forms like provisional admission form, jee mains score sheet, 10th class result and 12th class result etc. Then first I had to get some affidavit for not using motorized vehicle in the campus, there were some layers in the campus present who were providing these. Then we had to go to the computer center for our document verification.

The faculties are also very supportive and helpful in providing necessary help for projects and course-related issues. Mostly all of them had a doctorate from prestigious colleges. The teaching is focused on both types- lectures and practicals. What has been taught in lectures are being coded or implemented in labs.
