Review on LNCT, Bhopal including its pros and cons.

I choose this course as i have keen interest in telecommunication and EC branch students has an edge over any other branch as they can either go for their core placements or can also sit with cse students for IT sector. A good faculty student ratio is there is our college. Faculty members are very supportive and most of the faculties are PhD holders. Every faculty has their own teaching method and for better understanding they teach us on smart boards. Semester exams are taken every 6 months. Two mid sems are taken before semesters and their marks are added in your final semester results.

Internships are also provided for 3rd year students. Companies which visit for hiring 4th year students also provide internships to 3rd year students. Companis like infosys, wipro, tcs, accenture,etc come for internships. Stipends are also given to the students.

Placements are also provided by the college. Avg package of the college is between 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per annum. From 6th semester students are eligible for placements. Many companis visit the campus for providing placements every year. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Accenture also come and hire students in bulk. Highest package which was offered was 1.2Cr and this was Off campus placement. Almost 80% of students which are eligible for placements get placed evry year. My plan is to work in a good MNC and to be at the top position of the corporate ladder.

For EC branch annual fees is 136000 which we have to give in two installements in every 6 months semester wise. Yes, there is a fees hike poilcy in our college as previous year fees for the same course was 132000. Scholarships are also provided on merit basis for meritorious students. other than this there also reservation benefits for ST/ST and OBC students. MP students also get reservation benefits because of their home state.

Campus life is very decent in our college not exciting as compared to CU or Amity. This is only because our college is very strict regarding discipline and its curriculum. But fests are there is our college which is held every year. Shristi is the cultural fest of our college and techno management fests also take place. There is a huge library in the center of the campus and has accessibility till 9p.m. It has a huge number of books on every subject and journals are also provided there. Classrooms are equipped with proper tables and chairs. Smart boards are also installed in every classrooms. Sports acitivities are also there for college students as our college itself takes part in various inter college competitions. Clubs are also there which students can join on basis of their interest.

Hostel are also provided for students inside the campus. Our college has 5 hostels 3 for boys and 2 for girls. For boys only first year boys are allowed to stay in hostels but can stay for 4 years in hostels if they want. Facilities like cleaning room,laundry,vending machines,etc are provided in hostels and rooms are enough spacious for 3 students. Mess food is average not good as we have repeated meal every week. On sundays special food like paneer,sweets, are given. Registration process is very simple for hostels you just have to opt for hostels at the of admission.

Admission is done on the basis of Jee score. One should score above 75 percentile to get enrolled in EC branch. Eligibility if this course is that one should have aggregate 60% marks in class 12th. Application form for Jee is released every year on NTA website and conducted by NTA itself. If you belong to SC/SC or OBC then you can get reservation benefits in this college. Moreover reservation benefits is also provided for MP students.
