Not worth the name earned

The faculty is very experienced and they will surely guide the students in the right way to mould their future to the best possible way and the college environment is best suitable for studying.The only bad remark i would like to point out is the problem with the placements.

EAMCET and i scored 110.I opt this college because it was ranked the best for engineering and it had a fame for placements which are very important.

Though in the very first year of my course i.e., B.tech i was in dilemma of what's happening.Later when I entered the department in 2nd year,slowly i started accesing the course with the help of well experienced lecturers who helped me a lot in clearly understanding the value of the course and the subject and helped a lot in researches that my seniors have done.

Yes,I have heard that one of our senior faculty provides the facility for internship.But,the details regarding the stipend were not told to us till now.

Well, the placements and job opportunitues have been reducing as the years passed.Many companies have come like L&T and a maximum package worth 1.5 was given in my branch and a maximum of 3.5 in other branches like CSE and the job opportunities have became less and less as the years passed.The very last year it reached the tragedic way where none of my seniors of my branch were placed.

Our college celebrates every honourable days and special events like teachers day,traditional day,independence day,republic day,annual day and the college also gives us permission to conduct farewell celebrations that will be conducted to give a good send off to the senior students and freshers party to the freshers.The college also conducts technical fests of every department on two days i.e., on March 13th & 14th of every year.on these two days the college will be fully decorated and the students are well encouraged to show their might ,skills and talents.

The fee structure is very feasible i.e.,10,000/- caution deposit have to be paid at the beginning which will be refunded at the end of their respective course.An Additional amount of 2500/-have to be paid every year.With this, the students will get 3 library cards of the college library and if they need access to the central library they need to pay an amount of 550/-.

Yes, the college offers many scholarships like merit scholarship,prathibha scholarship and a lot of scholarships. But, the only thing to regret is that these scholarships are only given to the students whose parents are not in the government sector. I don't think that this is a good practice because it is their parents that earned the job and not the students and it is the student who studies by giving his best and yet the scholarship which he/she deserves will not be given in the name that their parent is a government employee.

The campus life will be very relaxing. Their gender ratio will almost be equal to 1:1. Though there has been an increase in women ratio in the recent years. The college does allow many workshops and cultural societies that will be of much use for a student when it comes to the point where the student has to do something unique. The administration doesn't show any student diversity. It also encourages the students to healthily participate in the workshops like robotics etc., The college doesn't support the students to take part in any of the political issues.

The campus has many hostels which leads the students to have a relaxing life. Though there are enough hostels, they are not worth living a healthy life because of some of the rude students that have come to the campus just to enjoy their lives. Yet, the hostel management does their best to keep the hostel clean. The food is not at all worth eating. I assure that for at least one time a day, the students will show interest in eating outside the hostel and some days the whole day's menu is like that.

Out of all that has been discussed above,the main important matter is the support that every student gets from his/her seniors.They helped us in many ways and they helped a lot of students who were fed up with overburden that one may face due to different problems that may occur in one's individual life.

The exams were conducted in a relaxing way without causing much tension to the students. They were not conducted in a way that would cause student feel so stressed. There would be 2 semesters in an academic year with two mids per semester and the mid marks that will be taken into account will be the best marks out of the two mid exams that will be conducted. The semester exams and the mids and the labs both external and internal will be conducted with sheer perfection.

First i placed the web options then i got placed in this college.Then i went to the college on the date that was given through notification and went to the college on that day and found that the campus was fresh with greenary alround and lots of students.Then i asked one of the seniors and they told me the address of where the counciling will be done i.e., room no.116 in spandana block and i went there and submitted my certificates and memos and filled up the form and submitted it.The administration's support was splendid.

In the 1st year, the faculty will not be the best that a student really needs. But, as you proceed further to the coming years i.e., 2nd,3rd,4th..the faculty gets better as one enters their respective departments. The lecturers are well experienced and they will surely guide the students in the right way.
