- I expected nothing from JEC at first, but still it gave many things.
- Clubs, seniors, faculties are very good. Faculties are ready to help always.
Dislikes
- Placement is less according to government colleges.
- Reservation hurts a lot. Only some opportunities are provided to general.
- Stationaries are provided only to reserved students.
Course Curriculum Overview
The cource is new. And the faculty members are average. Some faculty members are excellent at teaching but some are just there as guest members. Faculty at our college are less in number . As our branch is new best members are not provided to us.
Placement Experience
The package of out college is extremely low. Although our college is a government college. The package is still good according to the other colleges in the town. But as it is a very known college , we expect better placements in future. The highest package is received by CSE branch.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is very good all though the fees in our college is very less but there is really any scholarship for general students and also the campus placements are very low as compared to other Government colleges and the students have to protest for the campus placements so this is a major difficulty in our college but all though according to the fees good facilities provided by the college.
Campus Life
The life has campus is very good according to the clubs and the infrastructure the impressed structure of our branch building is extremely wonderful as it is the newest building in the college but in library we have many difficulties as the general students have permission only to issue 3 books only. The clubs that are there in the college are very active and keep on performing or organising events very often so it is very nice for every student to build up the personality in the college
Admission
I gave JEE to get admission. Its cut-off for JEC was nearly rank 250000 for general. I am admitted in Mechatronics Engineering Branch. In my year we were given only 2 attempts. No reservation benefits were given to general category . The one with reservations get better branches although they secure less marks than the one eligible genral student who gets a lower branch.
