Remarks

One of the best medical colleges of India. Felt proud after taking admission in such prestigious college. The infrastructure can be improved. Gained a lot of knowledge and still improving myself day by day.

Entrance Preview

I had given National eligibility cum entrance test (NEET). I had got this college through counselling on the basis of my NEET marks/rank. No, there was no interview taken at the time of admission. My elder cousin brother is also perusing his mbbs so from there i got the inspiration.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

MBBS (Bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery) this is a dream course for most but a bit difficult to get there, so o feel very blessed of being a part of it. Around 80% focus is on practical and 20% on theory since we have to treat the patient so such facility is provided. Yes , labs are well equipped for any research work for students. College is supportive in this matter.

Internships Opportunities

Yes we do have internship in our college. After 4.5 year of course completion 1 year of internship is provided. It is very valuable for us and we even get ₹15k during internship.

Placement Experience

3.5

No placement takes place in our college . We clear entrance exams for Post Graduation and then we get the job depending on rank in exam. Average package is somewhat 7 lakhs which i think is a good start.

College Events

5

Many events are organised. Every year 3rd year seniors organised a cultural fest named FLAMES and many celebrities also come to visit us and it all happens on our ground and only our doctor family are invited. And college authorities also contribute by guiding seniors and financially also.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Affordable fees around 27000/- only p.a. there are slight chnges in amount depending upon the category of the student.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is available after filling a form according to eligibility. As our college is government college so those students whose parent's income is around 1 lakh per annum get ₹30 k as scholarship.

Campus Life

3

The college is good in terms of extracurriculars. we doctors have many meetings and cultural programs where we get to show our talent and then there is FLAMES also where we participate in each and every competition. So, i think we get ample opportunities to explore our talents.

Hostel Facilities

5

Yes I am residing in hostel and we have to share one room. No they dont provide PGs facility. ₹4800 per month we have to pay for hostel. Food is very good.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, our seniors organised an alumni meet for the batch 1975. And we also get to interact with them and earned some knowledge about life. Yes, the alumni's community make efforts for college development as per my knowledge.

Exam Structure

No exams are properly organised keeping in mind the boredom of students. For Practicals i can say a bit messy kind of organization but it is acceptable, its difficult to manage practical lab work. Overall i would say it is a chill culture for me.

Faculty

5

The faculties are very much qualified and good. They are of very helping nature. Also Interactive, the standard of teaching is world class. There is facilities of smart class also.

The curriculum prepares us for the real time management of the patient illness. If we talk about the difficulty of the curriculum, so yes it is difficult but just it needs consistency and nothing. It prepares us for dealing with the real world by understanding the patients.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The profession I'm in is medical. The toughest of all. As from the starting I wished to be a doctor. The one who is second to a God. The one who is respected the most. The one who does the most prestigious job. As per the curriculum we have to study all 19 subjects in just 4.5 years plus we have to attend the clinical posting in hospital , which exposes us to real world. The posting time is the time given to students from second year till year last. Improvement can be done in passing the exam part which is 50% in each subject. It can be 40 % marks. Currently I've given my MBBS second year which was hectic because of the vast syllabus. We have total of 5.5 year course for an undergraduate degree. Out of which 4.5 years is about studies rest one year is internship in hospital. We have to study all 19 subjects in just 4.5 years. The mbbs course is very lengthy. Each and every subject is very vast. So we have to study maximum time. So all the very best those who aspire to be a great doctor
