What Students Say

Likes

I liked the faculty, the infrastructure, the library and the environment.
I also liked how teachers help students and are really nice
I liked the staff and environment of University as well it's quite free

Dislikes

I dislike the thing they end the semester of 6 months in 4 months
It creates a lot of pressure on students and I also disliked the less time given to students for preparation of exams
I hope they provide better faculty which actually makes us understand coding

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is quite difficult but I'm keeping up with it and the faculty members are nice they are trying their best to provide us all the information and content related to our courses . This course requires a lot of hardwork which we have to put into and a lot of attention even though our faculty members are trying their best but we also need to work hard.

Internships Opportunities

I haven't yet got any internship opportunities yet since I joined the College just 2 months ago so I'm not sure yet but I have heard it's good. I hope in near future I get good opportunity and learn skills.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is really high and unfortunately there's no scholarship criteria in sharda we have to take student loans or any other source in order to pay our fees there's no leniency in fees . Especially in computer science engineering the fee is extremely high other than all fields of engineering cse has highest fee .

Campus Life

The life at campus is quite good atleast the infrastructure of sharda is really nice especially the library that attracts most of the attention.There are a lot of availability of clubs in sharda whichever seems fun you can go and there are so many clubs especially for engineering students to learn a lot from.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is also good and food is edible atleast sometimes we get really good food but yeah what can we say no comparison to home food but still I think our food is much better than other hostels as I have tasted their food and that is just not good at all .

Hostel Fee: INR 140000 per year

Admission

My admission was quite easy although I faced some difficulties at first but it was done well.I got my admission in cse due to percentile otherwise it would have been difficult the thing I wish to improve is better knowledge of course and better percentile criteria

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. There are many company like TCS, L&T, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, IBM and many more visited our college. If you have CGPA greater than 7 then you are eligible for maximum placement drive. My plan is to get government job.

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

Sharda University makes students successful!!

A decent college with good Facilities

To eligible in the course you must have completed the 12th class and to grab the scholarship you must have fullfill the requirements You can find the application form in there website search for sharda university and click on apply now . Application fees is free . You can find the starting and ending of Application dates on their website. The timing of exam are divided very well like generally 3 hours for Main exam and 1hour30min for practical exam . The admission process can be done online and offline both ways . But you have to visit campus once to submit the documents and they will make you run around whole campus to complete your document....Read More
