The ambience,structure and atmosphere is quiet good in our college

I applied to other colleges a few times and got confirmed admission to some of them. I chose this college because it has the best academic reputation, a well-structured curriculum, established faculty, and a supportive learning environment. Admission to some colleges was not granted due to higher cutoffs and tough competition. Comedk , kcet and management quota are the options to take admissions here. One of the best thing or the deciding factor for me was not so strict attendence policy they have a on paper of 85percent but allows till 75 but even if u have a lesser then 75percent they will excuze u if you are academically good or you have to face some complications...but one of the faculty mentioned that they have never seen someone not sitting for exams just because of lower attendence.
