My college experience

One of the most best thing about the college is its Greenery. Once you enter into the college you can find trees everywhere which will provide you with fresh air. The college should concentrate more on Fests. The hostel facilities being provided must also be improved. All the other facilities that they are providing are good

I wrote Andhra Pradesh State board entrance exam and also the Private entrance exam being conducted by the University. We should get the qualifying mark then only we will get a seat in the University. There is no interview process but a counselling process for joining into the college. Many colleges do not follow the process of interview.

The Course Curriculum I chose is very good. This is the curriculum for which I wished since my childhood. It focused on practical learning but concentration on theoretical learning was more. There are very less research initiatives taken by our college compared to other deemed Universities. They are trying to implement the elective options.

The college doesn't provide any internship opportunities but they are forcing our juniors to do internships as the Government has recently released a law that three internships are mandatory for Engineering students. I am planning to do an intern but I still didn't decide the company. We won't get any stipend amount as we are freshers.

The placement scenario is fine. The students that are getting jobs are very large in number. Some of the major recruiters come and recruit many students in bulk. Some of the major recruiters are TCS, WIPRO etc., The average package is Two and a half lakh per month. This is the information that I got from my seniors and I am not sure of it.

The fee structure is average. Let me explain you all the fee particulars clearly. We pay an amount of Eighty Five thousand rupees for tuition fee. It is nothing but the college fees. For residing in hostel, we need to pay an amount of Sixty thousand rupees and books fees will be Ten thousand rupees. So the total sum will be around One lakh fifty thousand rupees.

The teachers here are qualified and experienced but they lack in the Communication skills. They communicate more in the native language than in English. They are interactive and many people are pursuing their Ph.D's. The standard of teaching is good but still improvement could be done. Personal care must be taken so that each individual could develop.
