Surrounding Environment which forces you to grow.
Different well equipped labs to give you practical knowledge

Dislikes

Timings of early morning classes. 8 AM is hard to follow.
Mandatory 75% attendance rule which if not followed debards you from exam.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course to get a good white collar job. Faculty student ratio is just okay. Teachers are nice with doubts. There are exceptions too. Term exams are always on schedule and they are not very tough for the studing students.

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is affordable for students. i.e. 4 lakh for 4 years.. If hostel included then 4 lakh more. If you don't get admission through reap basis then there is option of management quota after giving donation.

Campus Life

There are many clubs in SKIT. But only few are regularly operational.. There is annual tech fest named "Pravah" which takes place in the month of feb-march. Classsroom seats are a bit uncomfortable. There is huge amount of books available in library. Most of them for study basis.

Admission

I got admitted on the basis of JEE Mains Percentile. Filled an online form of REAP.. Reservation is for rajasthan candidates and on the basis of economic and caste system. Found this a good way to give seats on the deserving basis.

My day by day growing college CTAE

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.
