My B.Tech life

I chose electronics and communication engineering because now the electronics sector is booming because of improvement of technology in various fields. Now everything is connected to internet and operated by sensors . That's why I am interested in this course . In my college all my faculties are good they are very supportive and whatever the doubt we have they will clarify the doubt. In my class we are 60. The qualification of my faculty is M.Tech and their teaching skills are quite good . In exams maximum they will give that the maximum students will pass the exam undoubtedly. It's just based on the student if he studied well then he will definitely pass the exam .

In our college the number of internship offers is quite less compared to placement support and some of the students gor internship in Microsoft . Every student by the end of final year they need to submit the final project which will be helpful for the society .

From the end of 3rd year the students are eligible to apply for college placements. The companies visited are HCL , TATA , VODAFONE , IBM, ACCENTURE AND MANY MORE The highest package is 14.2 lpa and average package is 4.5lpa and every year more than 400+ students will get placements in some of the companies. My plans after getting the degree certificate is to crack the big companies interview and to get into MANG companies .

The college fee is 60400/- . This is somewhat high for middle class families but if the student got free seat then the government will pay the tution fee. And coming to other fees we have average 10000/- fee for library , books and other miscellaneous fees . And they take 4000/- for campus placement training. I got free set in this college and also as I got good rank in ecet some of the foundations provides scholarship for the student.

Every year our college conducts an annual fest and freshers day party for the new first year students in the month of January. And we have a big library in that all books are available for all the branches . They provide everyday news paper too and a facility of digital library that is quite good . We have good environment in classes and projector facility . Every week they will conduct some sport competition and other competitions to encourage the student ideas and to remove the fear in students. They will conduct some stress relief classes too. There are soo many social groups which are run by students like IEEE ISTE and many more . And I am also member of that social group.

I stay outside of my college hostel which is not run by college. The hostel facilities are quite good. In every room 5 members are there. Rooms are good . Food facility is also good and every week they will change the menu as per the requirement. I pay 4200/- per month and at this price this hostel is affordable and in this hostel there are more than 100 people. This pg is located approximately 3km far from my college.

To avail this course the student must complete 12th or diploma course . As I am diploma student I have applied for ECET exam with 600/- fee. I got 1700 rank in ecet exam the average cut off rank for this college is 2000 so as I got below 2000 I got scholarship benifits too . My college fee will be paid by our government. Some students wish to join in this college by paying total money this process is called spot admission. All my admission process is quite good .
